I am in the process of clearing the playfield in my POTC and noticed this little bulb and on of the leads is broken? What is it?? And can I replace it with a Christmas light bulb basically the same thing? Thanks so much
Be careful. The wires on a neon lamp where they enter the glass are very delicate. Don't flex them much.
TIP:
A teeny dob of silicone glue applied right where the wires enter the glass will prevent flexing/breaking of the wires there.
