That was Williams/Bally attempt at a pseudo "Stereo" sound using a mono output.
There is a small Capacitor on the smaller Tweeter to filter out the lower frequencies/Bass going to it.

Looked at your Game listing and didn't see any B/W Games listed, if what you want to change is on a WPC-95 Speaker Panle Pinball Life has these:
