I know he keeps a lot of inventory near where the craigslist map showed. He does arcades and pins only now. None of this is listed on the site either, if it is actually the same guy. And yeah, he's no stranger to craigslist. He pumped his former store just about daily. I agree, he doesn't seem too concerned with listing or selling this stuff in the most efficient manner. He must really like negotiating prices.

I can second that. He bought a bunch of my vids last year and he is easy to work with and knows his stuff.

I can't tell you where exactly the lines are drawn, but I CAN tell you that Choggard has ripped off several people here, and that makes him despicable in my book.
I've heard from people close to that particular deal that Clay wouldn't have given Choggard the deal he did if he'd known the game was going to get flipped immediately.
