I am looking for a fun 1990s+ game in good condition in the $1000-$1500 range. Although High Speed would be okay too.

Should be no problem, list Royal Guard in EM section. Its a classic title!!

SOLD!
I have listed my RBION and Rolling Stones for sale or a cash/trade deal (the later is preferable, but I am willing to sell outright). RBION is out of commission for the moment (see the thread for details), but TRS is in great working order at the moment.

Looking for a machine in the price range of 500 my kid decided he wanted to buy a pinball machine instead of a dirtbike after playing in a pinball tournament.

I know. I told my son that. My wife is just thrilled it isn't a dirt bike anymore.

Why do I somehow feel responsible for your son wanting a pinball machine because he played in a tournament? It was great to meet you all! You will find a machine for around that price, trust me. Whenever we get together we can go over some things.
He did have a nice 5th place finish...

Quoted from DCfoodfreak:What shape is that ribion in? I have. High Speed restored very nicely I would look at trading.
Check my thread for details and photos (and a video at the bottom of the thread). Anything else you need to know or if you want to talk, shoot me a message. Doesn't look like you are far away, so you are more than welcome to come by and see it in person.
Side note, it has been cleaned up since those photos were taken, so the playfield looks better now.

Someone on my local craigslist was looking specifically for a Raven in the $500 range. I wrote him back and told him to save a little more money and get a System 11, but if he really wanted a Raven he could buy mine.
It's not that $500 won't get a machine that's fun to play. I like playing my Raven, it can be pretty challenging and it has a helicopter. I just found that I got bored with it after too short a time. It's fun to go back to, but something like a Pinbot or High Speed will keep you interested longer and both can be found in players condition for $1k or so.
All that said, I have a very nice playing Raven you can have for like $550. It has new rubbers and rebuilt flippers

Gottlieb Rock! 1985 pinball machine for sale. Comes with what is actually the Rock Encore! translite, but the machine is your basic Rock! (1875 made, this is serial #7372). Pros: has been mechanically sound for me during the two years that I have owned it. Cons: cabinet bottom wear and wear on ledge under backglass. Comes with original manual. Fun game would be a great player quality pinball machine for a first time owner or an affordable piece for an established collector just looking for a Gottlieb Rock!. Located in Fairmont, WV. Price is $550 and you must pick up...

Holy cow, I think that's more than wear on the bottom of the cabinet!
Looking to trade my Johnny Mnemonic for something new. Everything works great, including the hand. Full of LEDs. Typical cabinet fade (OK, it is yellow) but cab is solid beyond that. Fast and furious and packed with truly amazing fake Ice T/Keanu Reeves callouts.
+/- cash is OK; check my wish list, but I'm open to any suggestions. Happy to send/post pics if there's interest.

As of last night, the issues with my RBION have been fixed (for anyone interested--namely the idol, and the broken pop bumper). Still looking to part with it outright or trade down.
Looking for a working Data East power supply board (5047) for my LW3. Did more troubleshooting and that's the cause of the few vertical lines and slight flickering. Rather replace than repair because I'm selling the game anyway and don't want to put any more time into it when I have No Fear and DESW waiting for full shop jobs.
Selling my Lethal Weapon 3 because I bought a DESW and something has to go. Everything works great and I'm ordering a replacement power supply to correct the low voltage issues I had with the DMD.
All LEDs (except backglass), shopped, new rubber, new balls, superbands on flippers, flame decals on flippers, copy car added, replaced single blue topper dome with new red & blue domes, cup holder, custom dynamite bombs, very nice.
Cabinet has some flipper wear and a lock bar hole, but otherwise is very nice. No wear on the playfield at all, really nice and clean. Lock bar has spots worn to metal and should be repainted or replace if you care.
Let the pics speak for themselves, I think I took plenty to represent the condition, but let me know if you want any more.
$1200 if I order and install the new board.
$1000 as is and you install your own board if you have one. $100 savings if you have a spare board.
