DM did not come with a factory topper. It must be a after market one. Can you provide any pictures?

Looks like a Laseriffic. What do they usually charge, like $100?

Fair price? I'm not sure but I'll tell you what. Wait a little bit and if that Congo translite sells for the firm $200 it keeps getting listed at, I think a fair price would be around $2000.
