After last month's game room party, I could see Winter wasn't leaving anytime soon, so I pulled out
the League Leader which I had stored for years. This one needed quite a bit of gluing. I had the 2 hit
panels redone, and a couple other decals, and for a machine that years back had survived a flood,
it came out okay. She has a little different game play than any of the others in the game room..

Elvira cab is back together.
T2 decals are on
Started Fish tales head with Rad-cals. I was hoping for a better fit as they are about 1/4" to narrow so i just kept it tight to the fron of the head.
Just waiting for stuff to get powdercoated so i can get rails on fishtales then do the cab Rad-cals. We see how that goes.

Quoted from Skypilot:

Unfortunately it needs a fuse holder that I don’t have.

Remove fuse holder. Solder two wires, one to each end of fuse, then to board.

That should get you by until you get a fuse holder.

The problem with that is I was selling it. I can't sell it unless its repaired. But much appreciated LTG.

I spent yesterday doing a coin door restore on my Safe Cracker. I masked off the back of the door and every hole with electrical tape to preserve the original labels that came with the machine as the paint inside was in good shape anyways. It was my first one and think it came out pretty good. I'm going to do the full cabinet and a new playfield and wanted to get the coin door done first. Going to tumble and paint the bolts when I do the cabinet.

Got some trim and head on T2.

Did my first Rad-cal install on a fish tales. Have to say it went pretty good and cab fit was nice just the head was a little shy on the sides.
They go on quick i would say 3-4 times faster than decals but you should have 2 people for these. As for cutting out the holes went really quick too, i used a cordless drywall router with a guide point bit and poked hole from inside cabinet as a marker and cut from the front side with router. The protective layer hasnt been peeled yet in pictures so may look scratchy.

Last month I pulled out the League Leader which I had stashed for years.
This one survived a flood. The sides were broken away, but with the help of
a bunch of carpenter clamps, was able to save the original art..
Being not yet Summer like weather here in N.Y. and the United being in the
way of getting out the old Plymouth, I pulled the bowler out earlier this month.
Needless to say, there was no art to be saved on this one, so like with many, out
came the sander and bondo and began the first few dozens of hours.
She's getting close now. Should have her completed mid next week..

Cleaning and putting new rubbers on a Bally flip-flop. Interesting story behind this game. The game was purchased by the former owners from Youngstown United Music Inc back in 1984. Youngstown United Music was owned by Joey Naples. Joey Naples was the former mobster who was whacked while getting his mail by two unknown shooters hiding in the cornfield across the street from his home several miles from where I now live.
