at work now but last night.. sheesh. ive got a bad case of ocd when
doing things on my pins. repainted spinners on my bow and arrow
and made decals for them and clearcoated them the last two weeks.
then i spent a couple of hours trying to get them perfect and spinning great.
got back up at midnight and messed with one for another half hour because
i couldnt go back to sleep thinking it wasnt as good as it could be.

Ha! If I had a dollar for every time I "finished" adjusting something, put everything away, go upstairs, only to go "damnit" and head back down to try and get it perfect an hour later...
Getting alien poker ready for mgc, stripping topside of playfield for cleaning and wax, and ultrasonic cleaning of plastic parts, new rubber, new ball.

Nothing for BSD ? 
Was up early, so I did some work on my Taxi. Finished my final assembly (the drop targets). I couldn't remember the order of the springs, washer, clips, so it took me a couple tries...
While I was at it, I chipped away at the playfield hardware (mainly tightening posts)
I turned a single slot Entropy coin door into a two slot. I plan to powder coat the door for my CV. I didn’t want to use my original door so I made one.

Been there before on my Metallica drops ...very frustating
Fixed the right flipper on my 'Hi Dolly'.
The last time I moved it up stairs, I must have not notice the playfield being bumped, which bent the L Bracket that holds the switches in the path of the flipper lever. 4 days ago I discovered the bent L Bracket, and tried to bend it back, how ever the bracket snapped in two. Luckily I have a spare.

Got a stars last weekend. Working on it this week.
Rebuilding flippers, pop bumper, drops. Need to replace all leg brackets.
Putting resistors on all controlled sockets for LEDs.
Hopefully playing it by the end of this weekend. Waiting on final parts from Pinabll life.

They are not mine they were supplied by the customer. I can check with him if you like?
The decals are not originals though they are different artwork.

I'm curious on the fish tales Rad decals ,could you give me your opinion on these as I just picked up one up as well
That looks great G saw the pictures of the decals last week thought they would look great. Came out just stellar, awesome job ....

GT has been busy in the shop working on my AFM so thought I would help him out with a post.
- Total strip down and clean and wax of playfield, ramps, metals, plastics
- Black speckle powder on wireform, lockdown, rails, legs, coin door and lasered hinge pivot
- Install of LED mothership
- Install of powerblades, powerpanel, powertranslight
- New cabinet decals
- New posts
- LED lights
- install custom shooter button
Can’t add video here but it is pretty amazing pretty sure GT will add pictures when it is done.
Probably a few other things missed, anyways just some awesome restoration work for my grail pin!!!
Sounds sweet, still need the pics off the BSD cabinet as well ....
Yes been a while since update but afm is pretty much done as well as time machine. Did bunch of repairs on other pins today. Hoping to start back on bsd tomorrow but still waiting on powdercoat.
Rad-Cals come in tomorrow along with mirror chrome trim for t2. Next week I should have eatpm playfield show up as well so going to be busy in weeks to come.
I’ll update with some photos tomorrow.
Time machine is pretty much done, just waiting on some dome covers to come in. I really like how the blue powder on the ramp looks.
Well the Rad-cals have come in for fish tales ....alot thicker than what i thought they would be. Looking forward to installing these.
AFM is pretty much done now, i think the effects looks great and the black powder ties it all in, just need to finish up speaker light kit.
My goal today is to get BSD cab done as far as i can go without the powder parts as
well as playfield back in cabinet.
