Unknown condition and you have to buy 5 games should count for something. I've personally sold 3 of the 5 games individually recently. Not all were easy sales individually. No topper for JP. Incorrect launch button for DM. They've probably been routed hard. I honestly don't think I would even jump at the chance for $10,000.
