I just bought a Metallica Pro last week, so my vote goes for that game 
However I would say SM would also be a nice fit to your collection as its an easier to play game (as in longer ball times)
A very popular game at my house with non-pinball players is Avatar.... easy to play, hard to master. Perfect for all levels and not overly expensive.
Don't dump GB .... it's such a great game
