What would make pop bumpers randomly activate?

A few thoughts:

-Anything abnormal in test mode?
-If the pops have a switch capacitor try clipping a lead (test again)
-Possible bad solenoid diode on either the pops or flippers
-Replace EOS caps for arcing and EMI reduction
-Replace all transistors associated with both pops on the driver board
