I do some marketing work for local Chicago area D&B locations, and have asked the main GM about this very issue. It's simple...corporate D&B in Texas thinks they take up too much floor space, require too much maintenance, and don't hit their target demographic. I've even offered to have them let us do a league in one of the rooms there, to see how many pin people would come regularly to D&B with games on location. No dice. Don't think it will ever happen.
