Quoted from mpdpvdpin:Stern only puts out currently relevant IPs
BATMAN 66 begs to differ
THREE’S COMPANY pin when?
Jiggling Chrissy bash toy (ala Deadpool).
Regal Beagle upper playfield.
Call-outs by Mr. Farley.
Larry multiball special.
Make it happen, Stern.
If it’s just the one Insider Connected update pushed out across all 18 games then that post is a little deceiving on Stern’s end.
Quoted from PinRat:home leaderboards is really the last thing I can think of that Insider needs to be a home run
Can’t you just run it the same way an operator would?
Quoted from John1210:A game about a shark.... wow prepare to be underwhelmed. The fx version isn't even that good. The movie hardly shows the shark until the end... that's the point. Its the mystery and suspense of what you don't see. The most memorable part about the original is the score and that would get as boring AF after a while in a pinball game. All the Jaws sequels are so bad I couldn't even be bothered commenting on them.
Venom, James bond are so much better themes for pinball.
That’s why the shark should only pop up to eat the ball during the game’s main multiball (a la the building collapse in GODZILLA). Other mechs can be, like, the Orca (maybe it breaks over time, again like GODZILLA with its bridge).
And anyone who thinks VENOM is a better theme than JAWS is someone I just can’t understand.
Quoted from Saltimbanco:I'm all in for Shoe - Limited Edition!
[quoted image]
A Jordan’s shoe edition would sell well.
Not even joking (coming from a Sneakerhead)
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:I dont believe any of this to be accurate...
I expect a Premium, LE, SLE model with their respective pricing unique to this theme and pricing should continue the same for everything else.
Covid is done, manufacturing is caught up ***almost*** everywhere, with emphasis on almost, the whole supply chain thing is old news and should not warrant any more increases ALA JJP which was just corporate greed for a lame game.
I think that if they do rise prices for all, it might trigger the end of an era and a decline in the market in general. With more % and the cost of borrowing money increasing, I do not see people lining up for pins like 2 years ago.
If they do rise the prices, I believe this will definitely make a short term impact and the buyer base will immediately shrink.
I will be disappointed if they do it.
Dude, who told you supply chain issues or inflation was done? Even in my profession we still have supply bottlenecks up the wazzoo, with logs back into 2023. Tried to get a rhythm game for my daughter for the gameroom and that distro said there’s delays with manufacturing well into 2023.
Prices are also tapering off but not in decline. If you’re looking for anything to go back to the pre-Covid days anytime soon then you’re way misinformed.
Quoted from jjga:Generally thinking a gameplay video will be available Friday? I may be able to add one machine, so it will be this or TNA 2.0, but I suspect the latter won't be available for too much longer.
Won’t even be shown to distributors until next Tuesday.
Quoted from Chambahz:You’re completely missing the point. Point was that Stern should be providing more since they’ve raised the prices.
I think you are the one who is missing the point as to why the prices went up. It’s not that they are providing less for more than, say, Metallica; prices have stayed relative to the rest of the market. Pinball prices are up because EVERYTHING went up. That’s how inflation works.
