No. It's Bronies!
I have a reliable source that tells me a new title in San Diego this week.

Big let down. I thought you could still get the avengers "The pin". I guess that ship sailed. I played the pin at CES when they had it down there years ago. The play was great, but the savings shows up in the missing 100 lbs.. The game feels cheap only because it's light and the ridiculous DMD. At least this one has some screen on it..
Quoted from Rager170:I just feel it would essentially be like F-14 Tomcat.
You mean "Gold Wings" of course.
Quoted from Sinistarrett:Lots of people sure do say “ I would buy (Theme XXX) sight unseen!” and “Take my money!” and “This title would be an insta- buy for me!” Because of this mindset, no matter what the next Stern is its:
A: probably going to have a price increase
B: certainly going to have incomplete code
C: likely going to suffer from quality control issues
None of these problems are ever going to go away with people consistently throwing large sums of money at a product they have never even actually seen or for that matter, a product that hasnt even been reviewed by any actual consumers. Whatever happened to demanding a proven quality product that has been adequately tested and performs properly out of the box?
If people were a bit more patient and didnt buy, say, all 400 LE models of a game before its even been released or reviewed maybe Stern would put a bit more effort into these games before putting them out.
And this is the exact reason that pinside is antithetical to the primary pinball customers.. operators. Sorry, fancy-pantsers with your fancy gamerooms, operators/locations still buy the most machines.
Quoted from j_m_:umm... no, they don't. even gary stern reflected that home users accounts for the majority of their sales 2 or more years ago
link? I thought I read he said it was a growing portion, but still NOT the majority.
Quoted from dhawk:Wow! Us 50+ men have the money to buy these! I would never buy or play most of these suggestions, like Fortnight? Pokemon?
Didn't you know, you have to target products to people you wish were customers, not your actual customers. Wish in one hand and shit in the other and all that..
The comment you responded to is typical of millennial entitlement - "screw reality, I have feelings."
Quoted from KnockerPTSD:I'd be ok with the guy that does Marty's voice in the tell tale video game. He's pretty good. They could give it the JP cartoon treatment and have Christopher Lloyd doing call outs.
The problem with copyright is the "likeness" portion. It's a gray area that invites litigation. And they have to litigate or they lose the claim. Doc is great, but the story is Marty.
Quoted from Diospinball:What do you mean I don't play pinball?
I play it every day.
What do you mean I don't play pinball?
Got nothing better to do.
Megadeth as a pinball theme might sell, but whose buying?
Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry for the lame Megadeth jokes. May my post rust in peace.
Edit... Thought of another one...
And what do you mean I can't pay my bills?
I bought the Stern Megadeth pinball machine... Why do you think I'm BROKE!
I like this idea, but Dave Mustaine is on a blacklist for his truthiness. As far as connectivity crap goes, how many of you are paying about $8k more for software and computer features you NEVER EVER use in your cars right now. Some people never seem to learn.
Quoted from Fifty:...I'm not enjoying the tone of your replies, or your unknowledgeable generalizations about me. I find it pretty disrespectful. I'll bow out of this thread and let you enjoy it.
It's gotten really crazy on this board. I vacationed from it for about 6 months and within a week being back, I was called and "old-school piece of shit" and an idiot for disagreeing with the herd. Perhaps my vacation wasn't long enough. I want to be on the board and meet some great people, but this board has some of the worst gamma weasels of any on the internet.. and that's saying something.
Back on topic, doesn't stranger things have some weird underworld that could be represented by a specific area or lower playfield?
A little birdie told me you will have to pay a royalty per play on location, just like the new juke boxes.
