I’m a little surprised that they may do another Marvel pin. It’s just a lot of Marvel. Haha. However, I’m sure they all sell well. You just have to wonder if one more Marvel pin will be one too many. There has to be a tipping point at some point.

#8915 3 years ago
Quoted from mbeardsley:

That's exactly how I feel about the whole "old rock band" theme.
Well, except that they reached the one-too-many tipping point on that about 3 machines ago.

No arguments from me on that, but I’ve also never been much for rock band based pins.

Quoted from kklank:

Love to see a Zeppelin pin be made.
Wonder Woman would be fantastic simply because she’s smokin’ hot.
Where are the hot chicks in pinball? What happened?

Times changed. Just go retro. They are still available.

As long as it’s the old school Bond...

#9753 3 years ago
Quoted from Royale-W-Cheese:

How about you select which bond to play

Even better... How about also being able to play as a villain?

Quoted from Royale-W-Cheese:

who would you pick if you had all the villains?

No clue and it doesn’t really matter! I just think it would be different to be the villain. Why have to play the hero all the time?

#9763 3 years ago
Quoted from PinballAlley:

I would love a villain themed pinball.

Seems like a low risk opportunity to do something just a little bit different. I know it’s all about sales, but different done right will sell. It’s different not done right that won’t.

Quoted from Pixel8Arcade:

What if the new Marvel game was called “Thanos”? You play as the villain. And you have to collect the 6 Infinity Stones to win.....and when you win you get a second piece of software to upload and then battle against and defeat the Avengers? Like 2 games in one. That ever been done before?

No. Never been done but it’s an excellent and unique idea

Quoted from Psw757:

Anyone think another game is announced to coincide when Expo was scheduled in October?

I think they will release one more pin this year, but my guess is it will be in December like they did for Stranger Things.

Quoted from Sorokyl:

I'm not sure what plain "D&D" could add besides some silly dice rolling randomness mechanic. T

Plus, there already is a Dungeons and Dragons pin. Bally, 1987 I think.

#30273 1 year ago
Quoted from Sorokyl:

We've clearly run out original ideas for pinball machines

I completely disagree. There are so many themes out there that have never been used. I don’t think we are to the point where there are no original ideas for pinball left.
