Please give me a McFarlane drawn comic Venom Stern. FTFY

Quoted from Ballderdash:As long as they don’t use cake toppers and charge 12k...
You know they're going to be charging 12k for a premium. Its the new baseline.
Quoted from PinMonk:I got it from a dictionary. Snopes.com says the acronyms are false:
https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/pom-pilot/
Wikipedia also says the acronym explaining it is a false word origin and there are other like it that are also not correct:
"There are several folk etymologies for "Pommy" or "Pom". The best-documented of these is that "Pommy" originated as a contraction of "pomegranate". According to this explanation, "pomegranate" was Australian rhyming slang for "immigrant" ("Jimmy Grant"). Usage of "pomegranate" for English people may have been strengthened by a belief in Australia that sunburn occurred more frequently amongst English immigrants, turning those with fair skin the colour of pomegranates. Another explanation – now generally considered to be a false etymology – was that "Pom" or "Pommy" were derived from an acronym such as POM ("Prisoner of Millbank"), POME ("Prisoner of Mother England") or POHMS ("Prisoner of Her Majesty's Service"). However, there is no evidence that such terms, or their acronyms, were used in Australia when "Pom" and "Pommy" entered use there. Other theories are that it comes from the use of "pom-pom" guns by the British in the First and Second Boer Wars, from a corruption of "Tommy Atkins", or from "Pompey", a nickname for Portsmouth."
Hey! How about a snopes.com pinball machine? I bet the license is super-cheap!
See? I can keep this on track.
I grew up with the belief that Pom’s were called that due to all the convicts and military getting here and finding out life just got better, not worse. So in fact the people stuck back in England were actually the prisoners. Hence the reversal in calling the English ‘poms’. Also ties in with the term “10 pound pom”
Quoted from Sorokyl:But what about McFarlane and Ozzy?
Is the booth now:
Stern pinball
Ozzy
McFarlane(toy maker who happened to create venom)
Rebellion Republic (band merch company who happens to have Venom the band on their website)
I dont think this is true, so which booth is stern really at??
Every other year there have been 3 pins at the Heavy Metal booth. Plus about 20 or so machines at the Marriott.
Quoted from Grantman:I made this for your enjoyment:[quoted image]
You forgot “Aids”
Quoted from Roostking:Wonder what BTTF will look like!
Hope it has that BW system 11/early dmd vibe to it like Elvira. Lots of leds and bright colors. And a backbox mech.
Quoted from TheClownpuncher:I get 5 dimes and 7 pennies..
Enough with the pennies already America. Nostalgia is costing you a fortune.
Quoted from PinStalker:Well, at least they didn't let Pat Lawlor butcher it......
Muppet cake toppers..... everywhere!!!
Pretty sure Pat didnt set the BOM budget.
Quoted from PinStalker:Here's a question......
How many BTTF LE's would they need to build to meet demand? I wonder if they'd ever do the Spooky way and allow an open build on their most expensive model. Demand is going to be off the hook...... I hear Cru is on every list that exists and could tie up the 1st 1000 units all on his own.
They wont update the units. Just update the price. No use upping the units as its no longer really an LE if its the same number made as pros or premiums.
Quoted from Ballderdash:I just want a pin with Christopher Walken doing the callouts.
Watch up your a$$ multiball
Quoted from beltking:Doubt stern will pay the money for McFarlane or ozzy.
Which is a shame. McFarlanes attention to detail cant be matched.
