Quoted from MarkInc:

What's the first playfield in the latest Stern factory tour video (on facebook)? We only see the backside of it.

An intentional tease; the voice at the beginning says: "What is that? Don't say." Some sort of proto I guess since You can't see the typical holes in the lower third.

Diospinball my point was to the poster above me that few of the dates he listed (of which I just mirrored) are relevant in case you include the entire period in which they were actively doing something (new albums, touring, whatever).

We have enough "Is True Lies on Blue Ray" threads already. Go post in one of them while we speculate about Stern releases here.

Darth Vader is a good code name for BTTF
Air would be good for Jaws

I agree that the "cannibalizing sales of the current titles" thing doesn't really hold water. I'm not buying TMNT, Mando or Rush now simply because they haven't told me what's next. I'm not buying those games because I don't want to own them. If I knew what was coming, I'm more likely to put a deposit down on a theme I do like. I think the number of people who both want a pinball right now AND pay any attention to stern's upcoming release schedule is very, very small. Pure speculation, but I really enjoy seeing new games released.

The new game isn't scheduled to go on the line for potentially another week or so, so I'd guess... later.

That's SW Prem in the blurry pic above.

I was referring to this portion previously posted. It may not be, but that's what it looks like to me.

edit: sigh, I give up on getting the right image in here.

The art won't change in any significant way. This wouldn't be in the wild without license-holder approval.

Quoted from Chalkey:

When's the release / reveal / all that been rescheduled for?

Thursday the 22nd.

Quoted from haiderdj:

I think Mandalorian would sell better as a home model.

Or Stranger Things

I wonder if the SW Home edition would have eaten most of the home edition market for something in the Star Wars universe. I'd expect a Marvel-based home edition before a 2nd in the Star Wars arena. Pure speculation on my part obviously.

Quoted from Rizmo:

Avatar is a complete rip off of "Dances with Wolves" yet no one cares. Its just Aliens instead of Native Americans

I agree No one cares are Avatar.

I suggest that it's really Fern Gully, not DwW.

I'm also expecting the release after Bond to be about 90%+ done. It seems like whatever cornerstone they skipped in Q3 should have extra time to get done since Bond HAD to get out on the 60th Anniversary timeline and couldn't really be pushed.

Sadly Beetlejuice was allegedly already squashed by Stern according to Franchi (if memory services).

Quoted from kevmo:

A pin focused on their 2001 Discovery album with clips from Interstella 5555 would have some amazing potential. Although with them splitting a year ago those hopes seem to be quite unlikely (atleast from Stern or other manufacturers).
Wasn't there a thread for a homebrew a while ago? Never saw what the final thing came out to be.

I've been working on it on and off over the years. I'm currently in an "on" time with some additional help from the builder of Mindcrime. A new whitewood is underway.
