I know everyone is likely sick of comic book crap, but this is my favorite comic book crap.
Preferably in the style of the Bruce Timm animated series, the Jim Lee comic run, Snyder's movies, or Id even be happy with a funny Superfriends take.

I doubt they go with a movie themeing. At first glance it feels like an attempt to recreate the magic formula that made Deadpool.
Venom is also an anti-hero with a similar strong comiccon-goer popularity, and very strong collector community that dates back to the 90s comic book kids.
He has the potential to have a quirky humor and horror vibe that would help differentiate it a bit, and having Spider-Man as a supprting character, as to wolverine in the DP table, cant hurt.

The first one wasnt a flop, it did really well especially for an October opening. 200+ million gross domestically, not terrible. I agree they are bad movies tho, the first one was BAD, enough to make me not care about the second.
I hope its a trend that villians get tables; a Joker table could be incredible.
comic book nerd here, but I would love anything DC, so long as it was comics and not thier movie stuff.

At Expo Gomez said Jacks next game would be his first cornerstone, and Jack refers to it as a cornerstone regularly.
Also, I just hope not. McFarlane drawing Venom again would be so cool.
