Quoted from JimB:

Just go with Van Halen and young Dave.

The problem with a Van Halen pin would be after selling some games fast and some success the games ego would get too big and all the parts might not want to work together anymore. Coils would leave to go to other pins, flippers would want to be on other side of the stage (cabinet). New bass speaker to replace older bass (better) speaker. Might be better with all Van Halen pin (well maybe not not VHIII/Gary Cherone version).
I've seen all the versions of VH. Saw many great shows,
I also went to see the Sammy Hagar-David Lee Roth tour. I also saw them both on solo tours. Both had great solo shows.
The one main thing out of all the shows I went to was, Sammy always brought it to the show, always rocked hard.
I didn't get a chance to see them this last time with David, wanted too. Who will be the next singer? When will they ever tour again?
It's one of those show/tours that you need to see before the train comes off the tracks.
All that said, I would like to check out a new Van Halen Pin.

Quoted from Diospinball:

Yes, its a shame that too many fans of both Maiden and Priest, don't track down Bruce's and Rob's solo work. I find Accident, Chem Wed, and Resurrection to be better albums than the ones from their bands.
While I would put 3-5 Maiden albums ahead of Accident of Birth, to me Chemical Wedding is the greatest metal album ever.
As for Resurrection I would only put Stained Class ahead of it, and I think it just barely edges past Screaming for vengeance which are my favorite two Priest albums.
Just boggles the mind that fans don't track them down and they don't get the respect they would have gotten if they had a different name on the cover.

I saw them both on solo tours. Bruce played same type/size venue that he played with Maiden. Rob played a small venue and had Anthrax open. Both put on great shows and sounded good.
