Munchkin is also used to describe players in RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons.
But i think i might have heard something about it from wizards of the coast since they don't keep secrets too well.

Hmm, if it is Brian Eddy then is it more likely Godzilla so you have a giant toy to bash or maybe Mortal Kombat since he also worked on that video game franchise?
Quoted from nilsgg:I would like to see pins based on game themes like:
- Overwatch
- League of Legends
- Rocket League
- Mario Kart
- WoW
- CoD
- Little Big Planet
- Destiny
...
Ya, i would love to have some more modern video game themes on pins. I think WoW and League of Legends would probably kill it.
We need to get some more of the younger generation involved in pinball, boomers like me can't keep this obsession alive forever.
Quoted from Ty-Arnold:Dude is spot on. It's supposed to be amazing with Elwin and a rumored killer Mech.
I think this machine is going to be packed with toys/features to offset the bad buzz of the price increase (is it confirmed at $1000?).
I also think this price increase was planned for awhile to hit with Elwin's next game and throws some doubt that the price increase is just based on materials increases.
Quoted from dr_nybble:“The Rings of Power” teaser is out —
Will we see another LOTR universe pin?
And it’s cool that the trailer is not CGI! Neat ‘Making of’ video for it.
Might be excellent timing for that Lord of the Rings Vault edition as well...
Quoted from big-c66:Just from a couple of people I know that work in the industry n from a few distributors that have heard the same. Now it all could be smoke we will just have to wait n see. ...
Venom might make sense...
There's an unfinished Ritchie design out there and Venom would make a good sequel to the spider man pin.
Quoted from mpdpvdpin:Does it get any better? Really? How f’n badass is this scene?
I would love an Akira pin. It was an amazing movie, especially for the time.
And I also wonder if anime is starting to be accessible enough for pinball. It can't be too far off.
Maybe Spooky or American pinball would grab a license for some of the newer series like Naruto, My Hero Academia, One Punch Man, or Full Metal Alchemist.
Quoted from crujones4life:My dream is that one day you can decide you want a game after playing it in person, call your favorite distro who will have it in stock, purchase said game, and have it delivered within a week.
I share that dream as well.
While the pandemic shortages were in full effect i toyed with the idea of picking up jack danger's Jurassic Park Home Pin, but i was never able to play it in person and a home pin is a bit risky...
Quoted from PinMonk:Futureman got a weak final season, but if you don't love Wolf, you are dead inside. That character is fantastic.
Glad to see I'm not the only FutureMan fan!
And you are definitely right, Wolf was amazing.
Quoted from delt31:CE's available to buy even after folks are discounting 1k or more and LE's sitting unsold less than two months after release = a disaster for an IP like Toy Story.
It seems like these high priced IPs are a little risky with the extra licensing fees and sometimes insane expectations accompanying them.
Stern's strategy of skirting the full license by not including actual movie clips and other tricks seems like it kind of works from the public perception.
Is there a list of sales #s out there somewhere and maybe some guesses on how expensive licensing is?
I'd like to see how Toy Story, Beatles, and other high license fee games stack up to other games.

pasted_image (resized).pngQuoted from BallyKISS1978:Added to the list Pins That Will Never See The Light of Day.
Agree that it's not too likely but danger could push an unlikely theme.
I wasn't too excited about Venom (especially movie Venom) but Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (and its universe): hell yeah!
Quoted from RA77:Haha, Hitler strikes again, Brilliant
Thanks Ecto
Really well done
Quoted from TreyBo69:I said it before and I'll say it again, lock Dwight in a basement with a bunch of Jolt Cola till he creates his uber game. Saved progression for custom created unique characters, currencies, different pre-built characters to start a game from of major archetypes (warrior, ranger/archer, wizard, rogue)
It'd be like mixing Mando, Venom, TMNT, and GOT in a blender
Ya, definitely agree on Dwight for code.
And I think IF D&D is a thing I think it will be Danger who has mentioned D&D on his streams a few times.
Quoted from CoolCatPinball:Wick is a hard pass for me, location play only. New designer however, that's intriguing
New designer?
I would assume John Wick would be too big of a property to put a brand new designer on, but I've been continually surprised lately so what do i know.
Quoted from RGR:another shit layout then
Ouch. I could see blaming Borg on possibly recycling an old layout but Metallica is a pretty good layout imo.
Personally i'm just hoping for a Metallica re-release with the same layout but with some extra code goodies and spike upgrade.
I'm thinking it will be similar to Jurassic Anniversary edition (without the LE).
