Guessing there are entire threads on this topic, but I find it completely inexcusable for such an expensive purchase to show up damaged -- especially considering often paying hundreds of dollars in shipping costs.
Pinball companies need to do a better job protecting machines with better packaging, and distributors need to hold shipping companies accountable.
