Stern Pinballs recent offerings of Mandalorian, Led Zepplin, Avengers Infinity Quest & TMNT are all cookie cutter. They have been successful in terms of sales throughout history and sales continue to grow. It's great for pinball and great for Stern but IMO they are now being challenged by the so called new kids on the block. Jersey Jack, Spooky and even American Pinball are all offering some original designs and they are creating a more exciting world under glass. I hope Stern responds with a solid effort on their next pinball machine and elevates their game. We, the enthusiasts are the ones who will benefit from the friendly competition. Stern's best efforts in the past 5 years are Deadpool & Elvira HoH. Everything else is just meh....

Beelzeboob would you say Spooky, JJP & American Pinball are all improving their game with each and every new title, rising to the challenge to achieve the level of modern day Sterns? I have several Stern pins and although I enjoy them they are just ok to me....nothing stands out that makes it special. It's like Stern has a formula and they pretty much stick to it and don't deviate much from it. Wouldn't you just once like to see Stern go off the rails with a pinball machine that makes you say WOW this is incredible? When was the last Stern pin that really wow'ed you in terms of gameplay and design?
