I believe 2 Elwin’s are expected next year in Feb and again Aug. People love Elwin games. I predict fewer will be attracted to premium model and that LE’s for both sell out. Stern sells 2k pins at $13k and that means many people need to save $26k. I predict hardly anybody complains about Stern pricing as they order both LE’s. Also predict Stern releases 70th anniversary GZ. Elwin’s fans in 2024 are going to need a bigger allowance.

Prices are too good on low play used machines, and those who are patient will be rewarded. I know I'm not paying 13k for any game. I predict prices get better for those who wait, and the whales can foot the bill for the rest of us. Hate it for the collectors, and those investing in games, but us bottom feeders are going to benefit from the market flood of more, and more high priced games.

FOO LE is a good recent example of what happens.

When the dust settles so does the price. Saw one for under $10k sell the other day.

The market is always littered with LE NIBs for sale and “lightly used” LEs for sale.

I don’t get people buying these games and then selling 50 plays later.

1,000 is too many and $13k is too much.

Let the FOMO buyers take a hit and get it later cheaper if you like it.

Of course we still have to get past the fact that there have been no rumors from the "usual sources" for any hint of this game, so that means it is at least 2 years out if it ever comes.

Still think we are done with cornerstone pins for the year. I forsee a "new" release of some sort of pin announced around Thanksgiving. Top guesses would be a Godzilla Home Pin, vault of a Spike 2 pin currently out of production to include the possibility of a new "LE" version of an existing pin. Less likely would be a Kaminkow pin in the premium/LE only format like BM66, Beatles, or EHOH. Its been a while and street level pins have shown themselves to be popular. Maybe a reskin of Quicksilver in a retro theme at a premium price.

There are so many good Spike 2 pins out there I don't really know I'd jump at anything right now. My dream themes have been made, so I guess next tier for me that havn't been made are Futurama and Harry Potter. We'll see what comes out.

It's weird though. Now that Stern is getting caught up on demand for pretty much everything (Godzilla Premium excepted), they will have to do something to keep than new bigger line going. I could see Stranger Things "vault" happening. It will be interesting to see if they do a Premium/LE vault on that one though with all the problems they were (supposedly) having manufacturing/servicing the original Telekinesis lock and projector.

I see plenty of GZ Premium either NIB for MSRP (or a couple hundred less) and used for less than MSRP. I think they are pretty much caught up.

I saw today that it is the 60-year anniversary of The Avengers. I would not be surprised to see Stern release a “new” LE a la Jurassic Park 30th. I would much prefer another run of Stranger Things Premium.

I doubt it. They just shut down production of AIQ after only four years because there are many pros and premiums sitting NIB at distributors. Granted, there are far more Jurassic Park pros and premiums for sale on pinside than AIQs but I guess JP has done well enough that they still couldn't help but ram the JP30thLEs right up the asses of all the JP LE owners.

I'd be shocked if the next vault were not StrTh. There does seem to be a lot of interest there and the show is going to have at least one more season. So you probably get your wish.

lol, yeah. The way Stern is going it seems unlikely. They did do another run of JP Pro and Premium before the big 30th anniversary money grab, so I am hoping they do some more Stranger Things Premium level alongside a super duper LE edition. Otherwise cash is safe in my wallet.
