Quoted from Zeusflurry:Anyone know or who resides in Chicago area the progress of the new Stern Factory building or estimate for completion??
Just curious.
The building is not new. They start their lease in October.

I have an off topic question, wasn't sure where to go with it.
Did anyone here get charged for the Insider Connected box in January and never receive anything?

Would their be any delay in production. I can only imagine how long it can take to move from one warehouse to another

1 weekend apparently.

Yep - believe I was charged recently - haven’t received anything yet. Last time I got a Stern Coin around a year ago…
Quoted from Rizmo:I would want Elwin to work on BTTF
I'm buying no matter who, what, where, when, why, how...obviously. My preference would be Eddy or Borg. Dwight has to code it (already know that he will).

When Stern makes BTTF, the code name stamped on playfield better read crujones4life
^^^ oh baby! That gets me excited.
If one started saving now and wanted a premium, how much would they need to save every day?
Counting on 15 months until release is 7/1/24. A first public run might mean another 3 months wait for a total of 18 months (550 days). MSRP is $10.2k and in 18 months that could be $10.6k. Planning $400 for shipping is $11k. So for a mere $20 bill a day put into a lockbox, one could have enough cash to buy a BTTF premium and be playing it by Xmas 2024, in this mirage.

Wife got it for me three years ago for Xmas and I got the box with goodies. Then last year was charged mid-December and got nothing until I asked about it and then got the 'challenge coin' in Feb(?). Was charged again this past December and wife emailed and cancelled it for a refund.
Quoted from Rizmo:I would want Elwin to work on BTTF
I think Jack Danger would be a better fit, but Elwin would not be bad.
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:I think Jack Danger would be a better fit, but Elwin would not be bad.
Well with Elwin they would be sold out so fast. Which would let me save some money so I can get one in the future

Send me $20 a day and I’ll test this out for you.
Quoted from JohnTTwo:Lock it in I heard it from a very good source BTTF is Elwins next game.
Interesting, guess the rumors about an Elwin’s Jaws in 2024 weren’t true.

Maybe JAWS is the BTTF codename. Lorraine IS an insatiable man-eater.

Jaws was already an Elwin code name for JP.

Jaws’ 50th anniversary is 2025 too, couldn’t imagine if that was the two cornerstones that year, both dream themes for me.
Will give me time to save either way.

That would actually be VERY epic!
Quoted from jeffspinballpalace:2 anniversary Elwin’s coming one year early in Summer of 2024. Your bank account will be very, very afraid. It’s like StayOout of the Water and Time Travel had a baby.
Oh you know I’d find a way, we obsessed hobbyists always find a way
Quoted from Pinball_Eddie:Oh you know I’d find a way, we obsessed hobbyists always find a way
Yea, we have to strike when the iron is hot. Boom out of nowhere, we see FF and PF. We didn’t ask for these, but they came and they are spectacular. And once we are tired of playing with those, Jaws and BTTF will start shipping.
Quoted from screaminr:A mate sent me this , almost had me

A Bond retheme to Get Smart with Rayday or Dwight coding would be great.
Batman The Animated Series
Futurama
Simpsons Treehouse of horrors
Tom & Jerry
The adventures of TinTin
X-Men Age of Apocalypse
Quoted from Rizmo:I would want Elwin to work on BTTF
I love all his games shotwise, but to me they all felt kinda dry/ stiff in atmosphere in various degrees.
Quoted from Fsdre:If they actually come out with a jaws and BTTF what will people post about in this thread???
Goonies, Harry Potter, Pokemon, Sonic, GI Joe, He-Man/MOTU, Beetlejuice, The Matrix, Top Gun, various vaults that will never get made, various bands that I've never heard of...
Quoted from Grantman:Here is today's Stern post:[quoted image]
I hate to say it, but when I was contractong overseas I ended up watching this whole debacle of a life waster.
"CABS HEEER!! Means you have to drain any multiball as fast as you can into the ball trough, to catch the "cab" then the balls auto eject back into play as if they are hitting the club for Club Multiball.
I'd play the pin lol.
Quoted from Fsdre:If they actually come out with a jaws and BTTF what will people post about in this thread???
Peanuts, The Neverending Story, RAD, The Misfits, Super Mario Twins, Vans Warped Tour, Cobra Kai, The Ramones

Cobra Kai is dead. The development agreement expired.

Watched every series, but can't see pin appeal in this one.

Goonies.
Saw Kung Fu Panda today. It would make a great pinball machine. 3 movies to date with all A-rated. New movie next year. Action, characters and kung fu wrapped into one. Animations prove an ideal medium for reuse in pinball. Could this be Stern’s golden dragon?
Quoted from Grantman:Here is today's Stern post:[quoted image]
Gym, Tan, Laundry modes

Cobra Kai is the code name for this pin:

Would be all over Get Smart. Cone of Silence ball lock, shoe phone dial up ball mech, with ball drop phone booth at the end of the ramp. Would be such a stellar game!
