Quoted from Aurich:It's a global list, not just the US. Anpanman is hugely popular in Japan.
It's no Dr. Toilet manga, that's for sure. Anpanman is massively popular there, since pretty much everyone in Japan 50 and younger grew up with it.

Quoted from Grantman:If they can't sell 1,000 James Bond LEs at $13k, they are not going to sell 1,000 Foo Fighter LEs at $15k (or $13k).
Any intel on how many Bond LEs were manufactured? All 1,000 or less?
Quoted from acedanger:It would be cool if they did a Milton Bradley games pin!!
A Hasbro Board Game night would be fun
Have little toys and parts of the playfield representing games like Battleship, Candy Land, Connect 4, Life, Hungry Hungry Hippos (Nip It Gator mech!!), Sorry, Trivial Pursuit, etc...
Quoted from acedanger:It would be cool if they did a Milton Bradley games pin!!
Stern already did Monopoly. Didn't set the world on fire.
Whatever it is, Ill wait before buying another over priced, unfinished game, sight unseen. No more rushing into these for us.
Quoted from Aussiepinwiz:Any intel on how many Bond LEs were manufactured? All 1,000 or less?
I assume they made all 1,000 but several dealers still have them in stock. For example:
https://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/500-55V2-11
The new Indiana Jones movie looks like it could be good. I believe in 2nd chances. Id be in on a new IJDOD. (Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.)
Quoted from PinMonk:Stern already did Monopoly. Didn't set the world on fire.
Quoted from acedanger:I'm just thinking of how nostalgic it would be to use your flippers to play Operation & other classic board games.
Or just play Operation?

Yes, several distributors still have them, several listed in the marketplace as well, almost 20, exception of a few very confused people, they are all mostly at MSRP. This is the first release in a long time, where pro premium LE and even the super LE are all in stock after release and production.
Part of this could be due to how the release and reveal were handled as well as the lackluster code shown and implemented so far and of course the new pricing. Curious to see if we see the same thing with the next cornerstone release.
Quoted from WODKA:Still confused by Anpanman. How on earth can it be higher grossing than themes like Harry Potter and Mario? Never heard of it until i saw this list some time ago.
It‘s like Sesame Street in a world where you have to buy Numbers and Letters in the convenience store, wich are (of course) Sesame Street licensed. - Just he‘s a bread…

I know a dealer who usually has some information for me. Talked to him yesterday and he said he has literally no clue. He usually gets some kind of hint, clue, or vibe, but he said they are being extremely tight lipped on this one. Before Bond he told me he thought Bond but nothing now. Does anyone have any REAL information?

Because Stern is getting too greedy. Prices are too HIGH.
Quoted from Ty-Arnold:Does anyone have any REAL information?
To capitalize on this newfound fever for boardgame pinballs, while at the same time countering the upcoming Pulp Fiction pin, Stern is releasing Guess Who? The Pinball

Production speed has improved recently and with so many new (and good) games the past 5 years across all manufacturers, the market is getting saturated. Supply is catching up with demand. I'm looking forward to price adjustments on the secondhand market, as well as manufacturers sweating bullets deciding whether or not to lower prices.
Quoted from Pinstein:The new Indiana Jones movie looks like it could be good. I believe in 2nd chances. Id be in on a new IJDOD. (Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.)
Everyone assumed that the rumored revisited early Stern game was going to be Avatar but I was thinking IJ. Stern IJ with some playfield tweaks and good code could be a decent game.
Quoted from SLCpunk2113:Everyone assumed that the rumored revisited early Stern game was going to be Avatar but I was thinking IJ. Stern IJ with some playfield tweaks and good code could be a decent game.
Quoted from Donnyman:Stern should make it there first wide body and go above and beyond like TZ with toys and 3 levels of play like Haunted house. Everyones a dreamer in this hobby of themes. Time will tell thats for sure.
I thought the Sle Bond was widebody?
Quoted from Ty-Arnold:Talked to a dealer yesterday and he said he has literally no clue.
He said Stern is being extremely tight lipped on this one.
Quoted from pinmister:Happy Foo Fighters Friday (yes, it's official).
Phooey! It may be a Foo Fighters Friday, but still nothing official about it as a pinball machine.
Quoted from pinmister:Happy Friday everyone
or should I say
Happy Foo Fighters Friday(yes it's official) [quoted image][quoted image]
I am definitely a FF fan but I'm still not sure about FF Pinball. Just doesn't seem to fit quite right.
We shall see - I hope I am pleasantly blown away!!
Quoted from kool1:Just doesn't seem to fit quite right.
I thought the same thing-I honestly thought it was a code name. I just pulled the trigger on a Iron Maiden-you guys can have all the FOO Fighters to yourselves. I do think it will bring new blood to hobby-hopefully not a bunch of jabroni's
Quoted from pinmister:Happy Foo Fighters Friday(yes it's official)
Did I miss something (yet again)?
Quoted from BasementFacts:If Bond isn't flying off the shelves, Foo Fighters will be a mistake.
Why are we even talking about Foo Fighters?
Quoted from Prince66cali:Why are we even talking about Foo Fighters?
Quoted from Prince66cali:Seriously don't stop there, make a Sponge pin. They had better stuff anyway.
For a second there I read this as a Stooges pin instead. Hmm...a 3 Stooges pin doesn't sound too bad actually!
Quoted from mostater:For a second there I read this as a Stooges pin instead. Hmm...a 3 Stooges pin doesn't sound too bad actually!
I’d rather have this.
Quoted from JakePG:With so many Australian pinball fans, Stern should consider a Men at Work, or Crowded House pin
Or even better, Mad Max
Quoted from pinmister:There go's my hero(Steve Ritchie) watch him as he goes(to JJP) [quoted image]
Hopefully. Foo Fighters lol.
Quoted from JakePG:With so many Australian pinball fans, Stern should consider a Men at Work, or Crowded House pin
It would be like Rush. 95% of Rush sales im sure are in Canada. They can have their two-four with poutine and Timmies lol. Rush can sit next to their Austin Powers and Shrek pins since Mike Myers is Canadian.

I could see JJP taking on FF. Given the barren/bland PF for TS4, a barren/bland pf for FF, which is beyond bland, is a perfect marriage.
FF CLE $16,000!! Whos in!
Quoted from Roostking:I could see JJP taking on FF. Given the barren/bland PF for TS4, a barren/bland pf for FF, which is beyond bland, is a perfect marriage.

Jjp pins play way too slow. No way Dave would have signed licensing with them. Stern had this from day one.
Quoted from Diamond:Jjp pins play way too slow. No way Dave would have signed licensing with them. Stern had this from day one.
Let's hope it never sees a light of day.
Quoted from JakePG:With so many Australian pinball fans, Stern should consider a Men at Work, or Crowded House pin
AC/DC wasn't good enough or something?
Quoted from Vespula:Can we get back to the future, please?
You had to say it! AAAAGH!
