Certainly has a more exciting mech with the T-Rex. What does HWN/UM have in the way of mechs? None, so the comparison with Spooky pins being in that pricing realm is realistic. It’s not meant as a put down of Spooky, but as reality of their business model. If they would only realize that and then capitalize on it, they’d have a more successful company and the market would bear that out for them. Right now, the market says overwhelmingly that they are way over priced for what they’re offering. Have a good friend with a ACNC, which he says he can’t give away. There are no buyers at that price point, but it is one of the only Spooky pins with a little more in it.

Just a quick COIL COUNT will tell you that Halloween has ~17 coils and a shaker and PotC has ~39 coils and a shaker. That's right, Halloween has less than HALF the coils of a jjPotC, which any rational person knows is not the sign of a "feature stacked" game.
You like Halloween. No one is trying to take that from you. But the reality is, it's less-than in the current market, and will far undersell the next Stern. <---see? Back on topic!

For all you prior Stern pinball lovers I was able to combine a Pinnovators headphone jack kit with external volume controls to the Stern Insider Connect using Gotfrogs PL coin door mount after a few modifications. I am sure he isn't selling the pinnovator coin door qr reader mod because there is a lot of soldering to do but I got it done. A few before and after pics

If JJP makes about as much in a week as Stern makes in a day (as has been calculated), that means at full steam, Stern is making 5-7x more machines than JJP in a year.
The biggest problem with JJP is they just do not have the lines or capacity to come close to Stern's throughput.

Pat Lawlor was on a small vacation and he is 71.
He is on the floor watching the CEs being made. Probably his last pin. No one is going to touch his record for the most selling machine. Currently has 11 or 12 machines in the top 100. Probably the most of any designer.

He deserves his retirement. Let the new blood handle it from here on out. I have not been a fan of a lot of his bad ideas in later years, but the man knows how to do flow. I will never deny that.

Pat and his team were contracted to make pinball machines for stern. They were never employed by stern. Which he couldn't pick which license theme he wanted to do and low bom. If dialed in was themed chaos in quantum city would have been better received. I have his first and last with williams and all 3 of his jjp machines and his only 2 flipper design.

Definitely Star Wars Premium art. Look at the window frames, they also look blueish but they are white in google street-view.

Can you explain why there would be that color T-moulding on SW then?
You might be on to something actually. I don’t see the two black boxes above the characters head either. Could just be that it’s super blurry but I feel like that would come through in any photo.
