Quoted from Tommy_Pins:do the rolling stones deserve a better pin?
When they give us a better album, we'll give 'em a better pin.
Nah, usually a teaser leading up to it. Or word leaking from distributors that they were shown/told something.
Quoted from crujones4life:Apparently Star Wars is on the line at the end of the month. So hopefully we get a new pin announcement this week or next.[quoted image]
yeah something is brewing!!
I happened to bump into Jack Danger on Saturday at a comic book store - I told him my dream theme pin was BTTF. His only response was,"I can't say anything about that..." No surprise there, but I can hope/dream that the lack of a "no" means it could still happen. LOL
That my dream, let me live it...
It would be smart of Stern to announce that there will be no price increase.
Everyone will be excited on that news.
JJP's new price increase was a disaster.

Several months ago Jack was streaming and a few of us were talking about BTTF. He was like "BTTF yeah, hope y'all are excited for that". Then of course the subject was changed...lol. Anyone else remember that stream?
I heard when they hooked up the Flux-Capacitor topper onto the prototype BTTF..... lightning struck the machine and it was thrown thru time....... Gary has been waiting for it to reappear since 2014 so they can put it into production for the 30th anniversary.......

New title on the line next week possibly the week after with Star Wars going back on the line last week of this month.
Stern don’t like to make announcements until they have a tonne ready to ship.
Quoted from frankmac:It would be smart of Stern to announce that there will be no price increase.

JJP's new price increase was a disaster.
Stern has a great opportunity to keep it's
consumer's satisfied and confident holding pricing in the same price range.
JJP basically did the market research on power pricing and it failed.

I wonder how big of a disaster Stern sees it as? Some CE’s are sitting at a discount on pinside… but JJP really pumped the price.
It looks like distributors are starting to accumulate some inventory…. And many NOB premiums are now selling at a bit of a discount.

In terms of what may realistically get announced by Stern this month, this is towards the top of my want list. I've heard people mention a Spawn or Ozzy pin; I'd love a Spawn pin, but if the Ozzy machine isn't a Black Sabbath pin it's going to take the wind out of my sails most likely. Playing pinball to Paranoid sounds so amazing and this is coming from someone that doesn't care for band pins most of the time.

Big top? I'll take Big Adventure any day over Big Top.

I doubt we see back-to-back music pins... plus I don't think either of the last two have lit the world on fire.

Tell ‘em Large Marge sent ya!! That’s pretty sweet how you can build your own pinball machine on command like that. Or is it something you’ve secretly been working on since 1985.
Did Jack say the next game only had “movie poster assets” ? Because I truly believe that refers to Jaws. The poster is just the shark. Makes sense that they wouldn’t have the actors licensed. Just like Jurassic Park (another Universal Studios property)
He wasn’t referring to the BTTF movie poster because that has Marty and doc and the DeLorean. Obviously plenty of assets.
The Bond poster either has the actor or a gun.
Venom has venom…
So I’m pretty much sold that “movie poster assets” refers to Jaws. All that being said I’d buy it sight unseen. Just like Jurassic Park I’m sure some of our awesome modders would add the movie scenes and call outs. Can’t wait!

It came up a few times before. I made a mockup a year or two ago so it was easy to just repost. I would really like to see one, though. So much potential.
Quoted from DoorCounty:It’s Bond pin - get used to it.
Bond is next.
I believe this is correct. It's not the one I want next, but based on everything I've heard (all of which may be 100% bogus) I believe Gomez Bond will be next.
Quoted from DoorCounty:It’s Bond pin - get used to it.
Bond is next.
I’m good with Bond. Any inside scoop? Or just a bunch?
KME does not muck around and I reckon he is good to go with Jaws.
Gomez/Kaminkow Bond pin will require a great deal of extra hoops to jump through. This will take time and resourses.
Especially if the kings design got trashed ???
Bond is a title that cannot be rushed, well I hope not anyway.
KME is my fave designer , however for me as a purchase Bond wins on theme.
Jaws will be very limited, as in no assets, but man with KME at the helm it will kick ass, no doubt !
So yeah, my guess Jaws next.
Greatly excited and looking forward to both titles.
Additional info
I thought that Mr Eddy might be next cab off the rank ?
He is a wonderful designer and I have no problem with a juicy fan layout !
Extra statement
Total thanks and respect to the awesome engineers, coders, artists and the many champions behind the scenes that can really make the magic happen.
Rock on Stern Pinball \m/
If Jaws is next, it won't be Elwin's game. The next game will be Eddy or Gomez or Danger. Since it is widely assumed Jaws is an Elwin pin, I don't think Jaws is next. I am anxious to see what's next, whatever it is.

Mmm maybe ?
So Eddy next with killer Venom fan layout.
I have no doubt that it will be awesome.
Brian will have a nice little trick up his sleeve to make Venom exiting.
As for Jack Danger I hope that he has been allocated a theme that he loves.
Can't wait for the new guy delivery.
JD has learnt from the best in the business.
I was just sitting here imagining the Stern folks sitting around reading pinside and laughing their A$$'s off with all the various speculation.

Big top would be a fail like TS4.
Quoted from pch3727:Dolph Lundgren Punisher hopefully
Mark Whalberg PUNISHER FTW!!!
I just like that we don't know for sure what the next title is again. It's boring when everyone knows the next 5 titles that are coming.
Quoted from manadams:We getting a teaser today Stern?
They just released their monthly fluff email. If there was a teaser coming, they surely would've included that in there.
Quoted from doc5md:I was just sitting here imagining the Stern folks sitting around reading pinside and laughing their A$$'s off with all the various speculation.
Yeah, it gets pretty weird in here lol. That is why I come back to read this thread every other day or so.

It is actually pretty impressive how well they do keeping a secret given the size of the organization and all the people in manufacturing. There are leaks from time to time, ironically due to literally insane pinheads spotting the top 3 pixels of the Rush logo, but overall, A-

Monthly reminder that the next Stern pin is due out this month (August). It would have been due 14 May, but per the message from Stern Below they opted to skip a cornerstone this year to catch up on the backlog. Looking forward to what Stern has in store for us.

At least someone else said it. I would love a Foo Fighters or a Beastie Boys to be released
