If it is codenamed Venom. My guess would be its Cobra Kai. They have worked with Netflix in the past for Stranger Things. I think Cobra Kai would be a fun theme.
I doubt Stern would have a code name of Venom and it actually is a Venom.
I wish they could think of a cool new IP or something other than superhero pins for a while

That's a reach. Then theoretically all LEs ever to be produced are "sold out" based on distro's Old Boys' Club waitlists.
Here’s a theme that I can’t believe hasn’t been brought up yet and I’m sure would sell well.
Formula 1
It has blown up in the United States, and for sure it would sell as a theme in Europe. With Drive To Survive on Netflix there are so many people interested in F1 that weren’t just a couple years ago.
I’d be down for one, and there’s so much you could do with that theme.

Not sure what the old boys club is? When a solid rumor that a pin is being built and soon to be announced. People scramble to get on the list to be the first to get one. Kinda like snooze you lose. Those that act fast get one.

Interesting, I didn’t realize that, but it makes a lot of sense. I can see why they named it Grand Prix rather than Formula 1, I’m sure back then Bernie Eccolstone would’ve asked a fortune for the license.

Cactus Canyon remake is a good pin if you like westerns, in general. Better licenses would be westworld or blazing saddles. I don’t see either of those themes making the cut. I’ve been playing CCr SE and enjoying the game, even without the cool topper. The code has been polished, old bugs were squashed and dmd was colorized. RGB lighting makes the dmd game appear modern, in spite of no lcd screen. With demand low, Stern has no justification nor incentive to make a western pin.

Into this but would rather have GI Joe or G1 Transformers. Optimus Prime prices are about to breach 2k for the auto-transforming Truck + Trailer combo. That's definitely pin territory. Also the USS Flagg upper playfield would be sweeeeeet.

I kinda new MoM was going to be more serious but that’s not a bad thing. Thor is sure to be good. Taika Waititi does an amazing job with those making them fun.

I suffer from Marvel fatigue but the 1st movies per character (Iron Man, Thor, Cap) are pretty solid. Winter Soldier is my favorite. The action is more realistic and badass compared to others.

I seriously don't understand the Foo Fighters hate in this thread. Legit one of the most successful rock bands of the last two decades and hit after hit - is that the reason? I guess I pretty much can't stand the Chili Peppers and it's kinda the same deal...but Foos are way better pinball music imo.

Are just some of the best but there’s plenty of great marvel movies, Civil War, Black Panther, Thor Ragnarok etc etc there’s a reason it’s constantly a billion dollar franchise.

Because it's bland pop rock with no discernible sound and it's basically throw away music. Just a thought.

Actually if you watch GOTG2 he explains he is aware of Egos plans and that he has basically been killing his offspring which is why he keeps Peter.

I thought Dr Strange (Multiverse) was one of the best Marvel films as did my movie buff cousin. Sam Raimi's directions was firmly stamped all over it and it had wonderful horror film elements throughout, rather than the usual corny smirk one liners. As for has Marvel ever bought out ANY good films... ummm short answer is....YES. Lots of them. But defs Deadpool, Iron Man 1 and GOTG amongst the best for my money!
