Huge Howard fan since the 90s but his lack of popularity with general audiences to and his glory days being riddled with non PC jokes we have a better chance Artie Lange returning to the show.
I’d love it but honestly what made the Show popular would never be tolerated these days.

Howard hasn’t been funny in years and is a woke POS.

Good one!

Love my Road Show. Bolted to the floor.

Road show is good too. So are you a fan of the band? They’ve got a lot of crazy odd lyrics and awesome instrumental beats/rhythms that would go really well with pinball.

I disagree 100 percent, now that the FCC can't censor him he has been a blast to listen to on Sirius/XM. Amazing interviewer as well but he'll never get a pin!!!

I hope so, but Stern machines have not all been hits at the time of release in the past few years.
I would say the following have not been knock out hits for Stern *at time of release.
Rush
Led Zeppelin
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Black Knight
Beatles
Aerosmith
With that said, I would give Stern an 80% chance of releasing a hit next. Demand is sky high.

Rush is a FANTASTIC pin!

Throwing another suggestion into the music pin box (that I don't think I've seen on here)... Korn! Huge discography to pull from and would love to see a collaboration on artwork with Todd McFarlane and Zombie Yeti... sweet![quoted image]

Korn is pure shit music no way, never liked them since day one.

Their first album was pretty impressive. Can’t get enough of the bass guitar.

Eric is missed, and the show is different, but it still has some insane moments of greatness with the cast and wack pack they have left. Also, Howard's interviews are the best in the business (when he isn't too big of a fan and tripping over his guest). More news gets broken in his current longform interviews and picked up all over the world than anyone else currently doing it.

The show's been on SO long there's a massive amount of material that could be used in a pin, but I doubt it'll ever happen.

This going to get moderated just like the Disney thread. Right wingers hate Howard after he started speaking out against a certain former guest of the show and criticizing said guest. That’s when he became not funny to them.

I’m pretty sure 4-5 months ago confirmed that Stern was not making a Back to the Future. Has this changed? I’m guessing your trying to change their mind. I’m assuming BTTF would not sell that well and would be a dud unless they had an insane playfield with rules like Jurassic Park. Good luck with your hopes and dreams. We all got the point that you want this game by your underwhelming pictures. However, your trying to take over the thread by stupid posts and pics that people are tired of.

Assume away but I’m willing to bet you’re 100% wrong on that. There’s a LOT of people in the target demographic that grew up with that movie. It’s iconic of the 1980s (like Jaws and the 1970s) and has so many instantly recognizable tag lines and “stuff” that even todays kids will know it from their nerdy Dads (guilty as charged) talking about DeLoreans and Mr. Fusion.

Also, I have no idea if it’s going to be made and it’s not an instant buy for me but I do think it would sell like crazy…unless it sucked from a design standpoint.

I would love it if Stern made a series of niche pins .
Instead of paying a lot for a popular licence use some cult themes on existing Playfield layouts .
They would just have to make an art package and could use generic callouts .
They would be for the home collector market and don't be afraid to show some boobs and violence
I would bet they could sell at least 200 - 500 of each title .
These are all available to watch for free on tubi .

Those sound great, i love such movies, movies from that time area have this weird awesome tone to it. A new pin with an old nostalgic theme would be really cool. A pin with new technology and the will to capture this nostalgic feel...
escape from new york, big trouble in little china... So much potential

Perfect timing I have a property sale going through this coming month which will leave me with some pinball money

Hopefully Venom has not been skipped over, unless it’s something amazing like BTTF or Bond, although I’d still like a Venom soon.

I think JP is a good comparison here for conversation. JP is basically a generic themed dinosaur pin (dinosaurs are inherently cool) with license to the main theme song and one side character (Nedry). If Universal Studios (same company that licensed JP) licensed back to the future in the same fashion, would you still be lining up for a pin with a 1955/1985 theme with just George McFly (Crispin Glover) as the only licensed character? You would probably get generic depictions for Marty and Doc in the art and video instead of actual film assets. You would definitely get the main orchestral theme for the movie, but you probably wouldn’t get Huey Lewis and the News. You might not even get a Delorean like how on JP Stern wouldn’t pay the rights for a Jeep. I think if it happens in the same way it could be a pretty weak offering with an expensive license.

The difference is Kapow. If BTTF is done, Kapow was likely involved, and because of their casino licensing for slots, they have access to complete IP packages for Back to the Future (as with Kapow's Batman'66 that had a full featured slot machine package and also all the IP in the Stern pin). The 2013 BTTF slot machine had all the main characters, music and video from the movie. Stern BTTF would not be like bare-bones IP JP.

I just want a BTTF pin that has a clip of George McFly saying “Get yer damn hands off her Biff!” when you TILT!

The IGT Jurassic Park slot machine had all the film character and video assets in it too. So I guess it really depends on if they go through Kapow! to license it or straight through Universal like they did with JP. It’s very possible could go the way that the Pinball FX version did, where they use likenesses but no actual film assets. At least that had a Delorean
