I’d bank on getting Daniel Craig if we get Connery I will be pleasantly surprised and pleased.
One thing we can all agree on is a generic Bond pin (Sterns Jurassic Park) will not be acceptable, no fake bond stern!
Quoted from Ty-Arnold:Why is everyone so sure Bond is the next Stern?
If not next it’s soon.
Mnpinball called it over a year ago. I believe It’s the only machine he predicted from his last list that Stern hasn’t released yet.
I don’t know who he is but it seems that whatever he predicts/posts comes true!
It’s not…we still haven’t seen RUSH haha
Quoted from Ty-Arnold:Why is everyone so sure Bond is the next Stern?
Quoted from Tricyclejon:I’d love to see a Killer Clowns pin.. Super niche but totally rad.

Stern would never make it but
hopefully Spooky will in the next few years!
Quoted from Ty-Arnold:Why is everyone so sure Bond is the next Stern?
It's not next. Venom is.
Gotta hand it to marketing dept at Stern.
Going from lifestyle brand to using terms like “advanced terrestrial” - very nice!
Could an E.T. pinball be next?
“Stern is a global lifestyle brand based on the iconic and outrageously fun modern American game of pinball. Headquartered minutes from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport in the heart of North America, the company creates, designs, engineers, manufactures, markets, and distributes a full line of technologically advanced terrestrial and digital pinball games, parts, accessories, and merchandise. Stern Pinball serves digital, consumer, commercial, and corporate markets around the globe.”
Quoted from J85M:no fake bond stern!
but.. comic versions are real aren't they??

Quoted from Ty-Arnold:Why is everyone so sure Bond is the next Stern?
The speculation is Bond will be mid to late 2022.
Personally, I like all Bonds and almost all Bond movies. I also love Fleming's novels and short stories (not really interested in any of the continuation novels). Cinematically, I grew up with Brosnan. But, if I imagine Bond, I see Connery. He's the one that started it all, that defined Bond as the character that everybody knows. If Stern aims for timeless appeal, there's no way around him (either solo or as one of several Bonds). A game based solely on any other actor WILL age. Of course, they'll sell every single machine either way. They could do a Lazenby LE and sell out on day one.

Venom I’ll take comic version over the movies, but BTTF and Bond are too big not to go with the movies and their assets.
Quoted from pch3727:I'm 32 and think Connery is the best Bond and very much care about the rumored pin. I have multiple friends who agree with me. My wife also loves the old Bond movies and couldn't care less what Connery said in 1987. She just knows that he is the original Bond.
I would bet decent money that the vast majority of the people (male or female) that are in the buying market for a Bond pin could care less what Connery said in 1987. I think a Connery centric pin would sell extremely well.
Submarine themed pinball anyone?

Hunt for Red October would be awesome.
Also The Rock would be a blast. Nic Cage, Ed Harris, and Sean Connery callouts… take my money.
I had the pleasure to meet Sean Connery a long time ago. He drove something like a Nissan, nothing fancy and when I met him was in shorts and a T-shirt. Very fit looking guy. He was polite we talked for a bit and was happy to sign autographs for fans.
If I can swing the money I think I would be in for a James Bond 007 pinball machine with all the actors playing Bond or just with Connery. Depends on what kind of licensing Stern can get. Hopefully all of them or as many as they can get.
And then it will be how I like my pinball machines. Shaken, not stirred.
Quoted from gregh43:I wonder if Stern is going to base their Rush pinball off the Virtual Digital pinball version.
[quoted image]
Let's hope not. That looks terrible. Also, the leaked partial pic from the side had two wireforms on the left side.

Also what looks like a VUC and a Time Machine (possible scoop shot)
I agree that the virtual one looks dull af but will admit that it also might have some inspiration from some other Borg games. Those insert alone would be laughed out of the forums.
Why in the world would Stern, the worlds largest manufacturer of pinball machines, steal a terrible design from a cheese bucket VPX pin? You are the second person on here to suggest that and it’s just ludicrous. Imagine Gary assigning Rush to Borg “You get to design RUSH. BUT, steal every aspect from this piece of shit vpx right here. Oh and I’ll still pay you like you designed it yourself”. No.

Quoted from Sako-TRG:She told me it better be Moore ..... lol
I'm happy with either Moore or Connery or both.
RM is my favourite Bond .
His movies have the best humour .
Hard to beat The Man with the Golden Gun , hot chicks , great stunts and JW Pepper .

Agreed. I own rob zombie and had Rick and morty. After the rough reviews for HW and UM I kinda hope not.
Quoted from gregh43:I wonder if Stern is going to base their Rush pinball off the Virtual Digital pinball version.
The only thing it will have in common with this is 3 inlanes
HWN / UM are still a year out from code completion so any naysaying of those titles is premature. The layout is great and it’s the best shooting spooky to date. Coding two games at one time is going to take much more time. It’ll get there and when it does people will regret selling the spots early and the market price will adjust accordingly
Quoted from Tricyclejon:Agreed. I own rob zombie and had Rick and morty. After the rough reviews for HW and UM I kinda hope not.
Quoted from KnockerPTSD:Never said I didn't like Connery Bond or anything. I'm speaking from a marketing stand point. Nobody under 40 would care about the game and many (more than usual at least lol) women would decide to take a pass on a game with the man's mug on it. Sorry you don't see bigger pictures in your hobby bubble :p
[quoted image]
Does half of the population know you're speaking for them?
Quoted from Roostking:Does half of the population know you're speaking for them?
yes he does .....
I’m very excited at the possibility of a Connery and Moore, Bond machine. I think having both of them would be amazing!
It would be a great idea to have a golden ball that only releases when playing Goldfinger and The Man With The Golden Gun modes. Ooh or a ceramic ball with the Spectre symbol on that releases for Thunderball, like the TZ powerball. You’d have to accompany the modes with the Shirley, Tom and Lulu theme songs.
If they do this thing right it could be a very expensive 2022 for yours truly.

LOL That is funnier than anything I've seen in the captioned humorous photo thread recently.
Anyway, any scuttlebutt on Beavis and Butthead lately? Is the reboot announced last year still happening? Maybe the pin is on hold waiting for that to happen?
I’d be very into Bevis and Butthead.

Lolita and Tanqueray Multiball! LOL
Quoted from SantaEatsCheese:Anyone have any info on a date time for the reveal of Rush at CES?
Stern will be doing CES virtually this year. They put out a release not long ago, but it wasn't a big announcement. Hope you are doing well buddy!
Jumpramp and magnetic ring look okay, locking mechanism too, for the rest not impressed. Art looks very mediocre (but then again I'm no fan, maybe it should be like that?), plastic ramp...uh, no thanks, so what's next?
Looks better than I expected. The local brewery should have one of the first run pros whenever they ship. Looking forward to playing it on route. I'll be passing on this one since I currently have a JP Prem and GZ Prem on order. I could see this finding it's way to my collection in the future if the price was right.

looks stupid. Definitely Rushed.

You always say that then sell the LE you bought.
