Quoted from Raiders36:

PEARL JAM take my money for all the models.

I liked this quote I found in my worst band worst band of all time search.

PEARL JAM
“OoooOOOOhhhWaaaauUUUuuuGGgggHHHHHeeeeEEEEEaaaaaMMMmmmmUUUUuuNn.” There, you now have a thorough knowledge of Pearl Jam.

Take the wine bottle out of your mouth Eddy.

No regrets. Pearl JAM are still horrible

Quoted from thechakapakuni:

Ok, I cracked the code. Stern releases BTTF on October 12th. How do I know, we’ll remember I’m from the Land of the Lost and I know something about time travel. So take this red pill and get ready to travel down the rabbit hole back to the future.
So there’s a cryptic message on DeadFlip IG stories. In case I disappears I’ve screen shot it. https://instagram.com/stories/deadflip/2669294141651284108?utm_medium=copy_link
(See pic below)
The picture shows a boat, Gilligan, Skipper and “The Scientist” (Russel Johnson). Some may think, oh it’s Jaws. Not so fast.
Russel Johnson “The Scientist” was in 2 Twilight Zones (Back There & Execution) - both involving a man that time travels.
In the picture, there is a random Illuminati “All Seeing Eye”. This is tied back to BTTF in a scene described in this video (along with other Illuminati conspiracies) Coincidence?

And lastly the countdown represents the time machine settings
And if I’m wrong, you get your money back. And if I disappear I’m in Gary’s basement[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

lol I quote posted this in the BTTF2 hype thread. We got some Biffs in there who would love to read this. haha.

I get that. When was the last VE? Unfortunately GB was released a year or two too early. If it were 2015/2016, it would still be on the production rotation.

I actually didn't know that GB had evolved into a worthy pin. I never could get into it, but I'm glad to did turn out well..

I'd rate it as a B/B+ machine at best. Great art, great sounds, great theme integration, mediocre layout with some serious flaws (right ramp and flipper gap), and mediocre code. That's not to say it isnt fun, just that it could have been so much better than it ultimately is. Rather than renew the license and vault it, I'd say build a whole new game.

You mean the Pro right ramp, or the little turnaround ramp on the Prem/LE? If you're talking about the Pro, that's the issue. It's dull as dirt. Not recommended. The Prem/LE Ghostbusters is pretty great. The only thing I don't like about the Prem/LE is the ecto goggles because they're so under-utilized they might as well not be there.

Boo, you need to shred your Classic Rock card Jeff. No marbles on ‘96 Rock when we were both growing up. Also send me your 96 Rock license plate, you’re no longer worthy. Typed this with one eye closed

Black Sabbath
Van Halen
Gravedigger Monster Truck Jam

Either one of these three would be a winner for me, Gravedigger is actually quite a good idea, something else than the numerous (to me mostly unknown) TV- series.

#21971 2 years ago

A beefy loud ass Monster Truck pin with a crazy shaker motor would really be a blast. Would have to have a jump ramp and bash toy where the ball crushes a car into the playfield or back panel (like a vari-target) Light show mimics pyrotechnics, topper that blows plums of smoke haha.

Dream themes, and wizard modes:

- Snatch (Do you know what Nemesis means?)
- Wu-Tang Clan (Enta the 36 Chambers)
- Breaking Bad (I am the one who knocks)

Snatch is an original idea that you could do so many great things with. Bullet Tooth Tony. One Punch Mickey. Boris the Bullet Dodger. Hare coursing. All. Bets. Are. Off.

Man, I’m convinced. Let’s do this.

It seems that perseveration on this website has worked with Stern.

I again submit The Mummy. It would be awesome.

Quick 2 ball MB could be from spelling M-E-T-H-O-D maaaaaaannnnnn!

Ball save = Protect ya neck!

Complete the 36 Chambers and enter Shadowboxing wizard mode.

MF ruckus also awesome!

Not enough diversity in pinball. I'd buy this game in an instant if someone could do it justice.

There's so much potential here.

Some of the greatest characters ever, all packed in one film.

I wonder what pinball company would have the "minerals" to do it

Van Halen
Beastie Boys
Moneyheist

Weird combination...
Van Halen = Timeless = No brainer and instant buy (if done well)
Beastie Boys = classic, not a fan, but could be good also,
Moneyheist = eh...some netflix serie, okay, first 2 seasons were quite enjoyable, rest sucks, lets just move on, I can't think of anyone remembering any of it next year...

Quoted from frankmac:

I wonder what the layout would be on a rush pin?
Would any Rush fans be OK with a Led Zeppelin reskin ? If the prices were the same as Led Zeppelin?

I wouldn't be disappointed enough if RUSH was a Zep reskin to not buy it, but would prefer an original layout... If it's a reskin of WNBJM/PBR/Primus I would be completely devastated! An absolute waste of a dream theme for me!

#21996 2 years ago

What about all of the crazy History and Travel channel themes? Apparently some of those titles have huge following by a wide range of audiences. We could easily see an "Ancient Aliens" or "Mysteries at the Museum" machine, and I can't imagine the licensing would be any harder than the rock and roll or Marvel themes. Those History/Travel themes can inspire so many gimmicks and toys that could be presented on the playfield, and through imagery/illustration across the machine playfield, back glass, and cabinet sides...

#21997 2 years ago
Quoted from VDrums2112:

wouldn't be disappointed enough if RUSH was a Zep reskin to not buy it,

We have yet to see any Spike or Spike 2 cornerstone game recycled with another layout. Designer is mentioned to be Borg, while Led Zep was Steve Ritchie. So that is very unlikely to happen.

Quoted from VDrums2112:

If it's a reskin of WNBJM/PBR/Primus I would be completely devastated! An absolute waste of a dream theme for me!

Being this is supposed to be a Borg design, can't see this happening either.

I'm not one for music pins but I really enjoyed the netflix doc "If I leave here tomorrow." and I think Lynyrd Skynrd is definately pin worthy.
