Stern: Make a Laser War 2, cowards.
Quoted from Lounge:I thought they had a batch of JPs to crank out?
I guess that could be post JP run.
I got a call a week ago. There is a JP waiting for me to pick up. Up here in Canada. They are currently or have already been run.
Quoted from gorditas:Any idea when the "May production" BM66's are coming to fruition?
My distributor told me mid August.
Quoted from Pinkitten:I would love to own a TWD if they re-skin it with more of a lighthearted cartoon zombie art package. My wife and kiddo are scared of TWD.
If they were to re-skin Walking Dead, the comics are the obvious choice. I'd be happy with Black and White or colourized but I'd really rather not see a lighthearted cartoon-style. In that case, I think a whole different theme would be a better option.
Quoted from Quiksilva86:Stern continuing to produce BM66 has my hopes up for a renewed license and vault for Ghostbusters.
My bet would be they are done with DMD games with the possible exception of more one-off low production paid-for contract games like Heavy Metal. And people need to give up on the "LCD Update!" dream, they aren't gonna redo old DMD games as LCD games. Would be a huge pain in the ass and require time and resources better spent on a new title.

With Spooky's dual skin model, I wonder if Stern would recycle an old layout with a new theme and LCD. Think a tron or LOTR with minor tweaks, an LCD screen, and a new theme.

Like Metallica to Guardians?
Quoted from colonel_caverne:Like Metallica to Guardians?
Hmmm... Metallica was the base for Guardians? I don't see it. Whirlwind was definitely the base for DE Jurassic Park, but those were different companies.

He's making a bad joke. They have similarities like almost all recent games by that designer but they aren't the same.
I liken that game to Iron Man/Metallica.

Would normally agree but Ghostbusters, LOTR and some other DMDs are too big of titles not to..at some point. Who knows when but a DMD vault or LCD update will happen. Then Stern could add them into the production rotation like the rest of the 2016-2021 titles
I know Munsters premium is going back in AUGUST 23 last production run my distributor told me I’ve had it on order sense March

The "Problem" is, they are probably running at full capacity and vault editions are meant to fill the line during down times. Unless a vault edition could guarantee the same level of sales as a newly announced pin, it just doesn’t make sense.

Were the black and white premiums a once and done or will they make more?
As far as I know the black n whites are done just the color premium are being done on this final run now there’s a place in Alabama called BUMPER NETS THAT HAS ONE FOR 7500$ I believe it’s used but in great condition u can play them there n buy to
Quoted from Walk:For my old school anime fans, Neon Genesis Evangelion would be super awesome.
I reckon you'll appreciate the this new Rick and Morty episode in that case then, it's a brilliant nod to anime giant robots:

haha. That’s awesome. I haven’t seen this episode yet.
Quoted from rai:I’ve heard some more BM66 and DP premium will be made this year.
I put a deposit down for a new BM66 3-4 months ago that was projected to be built in July.

Talk to me when youve waited over 8mo......sigh.

You have a nice collection!
I’m wondering if they will continue to make BM66? Will there be a last call? I’ve been toying with buying one for a while but always something else has popped up.

My understanding is that this is it. Game Exchange might have one slot left.

A new BTTF pin would be a money printing machine for Stern. Really hoping this one happens and with full assets.
Quoted from gorditas:My understanding is that this is it. Game Exchange might have one slot left.
They last called BM66 in 2019. Guess they saw demand for more. Good to see them making more since I've seen premiums sell for more than MSRP. Crap has gotten out of hand.

You mean like Shrek and Family guy?
Quoted from rai:Anyone know where I can get a BM66? Three dealers I know are sold out.
They are doing another run of them next month.
Quoted from Multiballmaniac1:They are doing another run of them next month.
Quoted from Multiballmaniac1:Stern is doing another run of bm66 in August.
I understand. I’m saying 3 dealers have told me they are sold out of the next run.
Does anyone know of a dealer who has some of the next build available?
This is crazy how everything is sold out even the pre builds are selling out.
Quoted from SantaEatsCheese:Hmmm... Metallica was the base for Guardians? I don't see it. Whirlwind was definitely the base for DE Jurassic Park, but those were different companies.
I can see both the Met. to GotG and WW to DEJP comparisons Never noticed, but have not played 3 of the four more than a few times each!

Pm sent
Looks like Automated has some left for the August build. Seems to be $500 over the current MSRP though.
Quoted from rai:Does anyone know of a dealer who has some of the next build available?
Did you try Marshall at Little Shop of Games?
Quoted from palmab03:I put a deposit down for a new BM66 3-4 months ago that was projected to be built in July.
Waited 8 months for EHOH.

Stern did that for Elvira also.
Quoted from Quiksilva86:Stern continuing to produce BM66 has my hopes up for a renewed license and vault for Ghostbusters.
Now you are just playing with my money and emotions!
Quoted from BallyKISS1978:Stern did that for Elvira also.
It's an additional $500 above that. Listed at $8900
Quoted from frankmac:Loki down the road ?
I hope not - that superhero genera is pretty worn out imo.

Some are more interesting than others...
