Quoted from J85M:

Watched John Wick 1 & 2 again last night, would make a fun action pin

I could see it working well as a Steve Ritchie upper flipper game with a big focus on combos and hurry ups and lots of on the fly playing.

Quoted from crujones4life:

Well they apparently haven't built any Star Wars pro machines in the last 4 months as I am still waiting for one.

And I am waiting on my Jurassic Park Prem....February I here...

I have only listened to about 3/4 of that podcast episode so far, but I honestly would not expect any hard questions from that type of podcast if you know what I mean. Even the somewhat hard questions are served with a chuckle to show that they don’t expect an answer.
I guess what I am trying to say is that not many of these podcasts are honest journalism and are instead a form of entertainment or hobby notoriety boosting of the podcasters themselves.

Really surprised there's not a Wonder Woman or a W.W. headlined Justice League machine out.

No one ever mentions ‘Home Alone’ as a viable ( or desirable ) license for pinball. I think it would be amazing. Think of all the traps and gadgets, fighting off the wet bandits the theme is MADE for pinball. AND it’s a modern classic holiday film. Would make a huge holiday release. Big fun!

I'd prefer National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation over the Home Alone series. 'Shitter Was Full' Multiball would be bring pinball to another level.

That and the Jelly of the Month Club ball drain.

I'm trying to think of a worse theme for me. Possibly Gone with the Wind. That might be it though.

How about Portal? You could put in a bunch of subways to simulate portals.

I figured if they used one on the new Avengers they could go all in on Portal. Lol

You could have squad multiball. All the callouts would be bitching and then shuts down forever because it's not green enough and uses too much electricity. Not to mention it's not fair that everyone can't have a pinball machine.

Ha, ha! Yep you just keep putting money in and nothing happens.

Even worse for operators. 60% of the take goes to someone who doesnt route machine AND you can only run the pin for 40 hours a week..

The Squad fucking rules and Republicans are bad at pinball and sex. Can we get back to the pinball talk now, please? Moderated in 3..2...1...it’s just a joke.

No idea. My sources were saying something as soon as last week, so that didn't happen, so I don't know. I'm starting to think nothing till 2021, but that's a personal guess. I won't be hanging out with my sources until mid January or so, so I won't know anything unless someone texts me something, but its been pretty silent. Sorry. No news. I wonder if the machine I saw will be the next one...we shall see.

What machine is that?

Love it! You could even spin it into a Mad Max Interceptor knockoff. That way no licensing fees! Modify your police car with speed parts to chase down bad guys driving crazy cars in the post apocalyptic wasteland. Any decent car theme would get my interest, though.

#11638 3 years ago

I really do wish we could get some video game licenses for pinball....

Have not played cyberpunk 2077, but the art sure looks cool..... how about the Witcher
, it has a tv series now.

Video game list.... games that have iconic visuals and or sound.... I know some of them would be shallow....

Mario ( any of them) make it family friendly design.
Luigis mansion
Pokémon
Zelda
Fortnite - I don’t love it but my son sure does
Doom (good intense theme)
Sea of thieves
Red dead, GTA
Need for speed, forza, etc.....
Halo (curious how the arcade machine earned, I thought it was fun)
Last of us, god of war, etc.....

I’m sure the studios would be good about providing assets

Sorry this is way off track, just seems like their is a ton of untapped themes here.

The key feature to making a Congress pin, make sure its coded so both sides of the aisle can say the game is biased the other way.

JACKASS, Scooby Doo or something original.

LZ LE sounds cool.. What art work would this pin have on it?

#11646 3 years ago

Jack Osborne was seen checking into a hotel near the Chicago Mag mile last night. What if Zeppelin has been code for an Ozzy Osborne pin this entire time?

All the great looking psychedelic rock n roll posters from the 70s would be cool.
