Jefferson rampage multiball?

Quoted from TheLaw:

Interesting info thanks. I may be the only "Lost River" fan around so Johnny Jewel is fine in my book.
Of course "Solaris" OST is as good as they come.

The latest Chromatics album is fantastic and the Italians label is overall superb.

What ever theme it is, it should have completed code and be a done game. They had at least 6 months to work on code.

A certain german pinball shop lists a new Stern game called "Look again later" Pro, Premium and LE model.

Seems the reveal is pretty close for real.

TMNT will be a mega seller. The franchise has stayed relevant from its inception until today. One of the most successful comic franchises of all time. I totally understand why people born prior to 1978 wouldn’t care about it...but it will sell huge and it will KILL on location

Any 70s birth would be in the wheelhouse most likely. I certainly remember them growing up I just never got into it.

I don't want to know , I always want to remember her being as hot as hell . It never ends up good , looking up chicks who you thought were hot when you were young .

Turtles could be cool if it was in the style of the original Eastman/Laird comics, gritty and a little dark, the turtles drank beer and cursed occasionally. Bad guys got violently killed. It was pretty hardcore for a non-underground comic, actually.
Speaking just for myself, anything fashioned after the brightly colored pizza eating kid show turtles would be pretty lame and also really juvenile.

Zombie Yeti is doing the art for TMNT and it will be based on 90’s TMNT (so think Deadpool style) Game features 4 player co op mode and Internet connectivity to play vs or coop with other players around the globe. Even if you think the theme is lame this game has HUGE potential aaaand they have had a few extra months to flesh out the code prior to release. Should be announced in the next few weeks.

The Stern dream team right there. Who is the rumored designer for TMNT?

#7729 3 years ago

Corrected: It’s likely not Lyman, I think it may be Dwight actually...which I personally do not have a prob with... even though people hate his code for some reason. Lots of info and speculation on the hype thread

That in combination with the nickelodeon style turtles and a BIG nickelodeon sign on the middle of the playfield and also all over the cabinet
That would realy suck!

Yes might sell but not into teenage Mutant ninja buttheads as I remember someone referring to them back in my high school days. I had a friend and we would walk to the bus and he always wanted to watch the cartoon and I would say let’s go you Teenage Butthead. I thought He-Man or GI Joe would be better in this era and more popular.

Really interested to see how playing anyone, anywhere works.

Could be a game changer.

TMNT. This coming week. Borg. Dwight.

He-Man would make an incredible pin, should absolutely be made someday. My dream themes would be Army of Darkness, Goonies, They Live and Big Trouble in Little China but I doubt those will ever happen.

Try watching Heman now.......that dude love him some D

#7737 3 years ago

Haaaaaaaaa for real...the whole cartoon plays out like an animated soft core gay porn. BUT...the Toy line predated the cartoon and design wise was one of the coolest most successful toy lines of the 80’s.

im in the market for a new pin very soon and was first set on JP Premium and recently added Wonka to that. Now that its been such a delay due to covid Im thinking TMNT as itll be the new thing and would love to try out all the new features online brings. JP is a better theme and the game is amazing which will be tough to match, but I really like getting a game with early code and installing all the new code as it comes. Playing deadpool from the beginning and seeing it grow was awesome.

The only downside I can think with TMNT is if the old theme song plays every time you launch a ball. I loved the cartoon as a kid, but that song could get old if its overplayed. Whereas the JP music will never get old due to John Williams being a god.

There is no difference between TMNT and Marvel stuff. It’s all just classic comic book stuff. So how would you account for grown men buying a Spidermam or an X-men haha.

I think the Tmnt divide line seems to be about 1980. Not just here but in general. Pre 1980 dont give a crap. 1980-90 have bigger memories of them than some realize. Post 1990 goes progressively downhill but maintains some relevance throughout which is saying alot actually.

#7744 3 years ago

Also Im 39 years old and Harry Potter would be my absolute Grail theme. Im a star wars nut, but for pinball Id prefer Harry Potter. And my whole family would enjoy the heck out of it as we have all read the books and seen the movies multiple times. Weve been to Universal every year over the last 3-4 years to visit. We just love it. So even as a middle aged guy I would KILL for a Harry Potter themed pinball. I love music but could care less about music themed pins. Id much prefer sci fi or fantasy themes.

Still hoping one day for a proper RUSH pin. There shouldn't be any shortage of art and mode ideas available based on the holy triumvirate.

'81 here and when I read people saying TMNT is lame or a terrible theme I remember how many old guys we have.

Tmnt is going to be fucking awesome. We've had enough old man themes like Munsters.

It's game time fellas. Time to usher in the new.

#7749 3 years ago

82’ here and I’ll likely add TMNT to my home lineup of TSPP, GB & Rick and Morty. I’m fuc#in grown and I dig cartoons. Boomers who only buy NASCAR and dad rock pins can Fight me IDGAF haha.

81 here as well. TMNT was my thing for years. Still wont know if itll be my next NIB though until I see it. I hope they build premiums first because of the operators being in a tough spot right now.
