So what’s the latest, is Zepp next or not until October?
Man would that steal JJP’s thunder if next, what an epic battle of the bands that would be!

Quoted from Da-Shaker:What about this Kingpin Remake? Is this ever going to happen?[quoted image]
Kind of. They're doing it, but with changes to the system (emulating/rewriting code from the original boardset as I understand it) and the screen (different aspect ratio, smaller screen area in "classic" mode).
CGC has set the gold standard for remakes. The Kingpin that's being done is not up to that standard IMO.

Quoted from V8haha:Any new news on TMNT? I’m excited to see this release
Another month away, at least.
Quoted from J85M:TPF? MGC?
My guess would be that it's announced the week after TPF and available to play at MGC.
Here's how I think 2020 will play out:
2020-april tmnt pro (john borg?)
2020-may tmnt premium/limited
2020-june metallica re-run
2020-aug led zeppelin (steve ritchie)
2020-sep led zeppelin premium/limited
2020-oct venom pro (just speculating/hoping, venom 2 premieres 2nd oct, keith elwin or george gomez?)
2020-oct transformers comic art
2020-nov venom premium/limited
I thought I had read rumors of a 007 pin coming this year. Steve Ritchie posted a picture of A View to a Kill era Christopher Walken last year. It'd kind of make sense if the game were released this year given the new movie and all of that.
I'm having a tough time believing a new Transformer pin comes out this year ... Comic art won't save that pin. Also, Led Zeppelin doesn't strike me as a theme that'll get a major release slot ... I would think that it'd follow the same model as the Beatles, but what do I know .

Venom?????? OMG !!!!!!!

A view to a Kill - with Moore + Walken + Jones Theme would be an instant buy- especially with the Duran Duran sound track licensed.

I’m a huge bond fan, I spent a ridiculous amount buying up NOS parts for Goldeneye to get one restored like new, so I’d say I’m willing to spend on a bond pin but VTAK wouldn’t be the first Bond I’d think of making a pin from.
Dr.No/Goldfinger a a double theme would be amazing! I also liked Dalton as Bond he was just ahead of his time for a lot too dark and violent compared to Moore.
As for Moore, The Spy who Loved me, Man with the Golden Gun or Live and Let Die would be far better choices for a pin imo.
To do Bond justice it needs to be inclusive to all era’s of Bond.
Something like Star Wars type of code, pick your Bond and complete the missions. New layout needed.
Artwork for pro/premium mashup of 007/Bond Girls and the LE could be the villain theme.

Sign me if it’s a bond. .

Quoted from megadeth2600:Comic art won't save that pin.
There will also be a code overhaul, I'm praying it will be backward compatible... :/
Quoted from chad:What would be best, Bonds drink, car, or favorite weapon as a topper?
Walther PPK with Silencer that makes gun shot sound or Aston Martin would be cool!
Quoted from Psw757:Walther PPK with Silencer that makes gun shot sound or Aston Martin would be cool!
Both and pop up Bond girls . Naked one on wizard mode bonus . Lol
The golden gun. So many ideas .
Quoted from chad:What would be best, Bonds drink, car, or favorite weapon as a topper?
Motorised gun barrel silhouette is the only topper option!

And we have to have odd job .
Loved that movie .
Unfortunately with so many movies and so many different male leads playing BOND it would be cost prohibitive to make an all encompassing BOND pinball. Licensing wise they;d have to stick to a single movie/actor/soundtrack which is a bummer.

Not that I would want this for my absolute favourite theme, but if they went the Jurassic Park route with it, they could include scenes/modes from all eras.
Stick Elwin on design as well as code and they might just pull it off. Bond deserves more than a copy past 2 flipper 2 ramp layout or bond bash toy.

They can tweak that new projector from ST and flash all different bonds. Yes including David Niven. Lol in fun mode.
Alas, it’s just too much to hope for I guess.
007 could be the best pin ever if they got it right. I really don’t know how the Stern boys would pull it off though.... they cracked Beatles so anything’s possible I guess.

They did it with Dr. Who.
Quoted from mannymasy:VENOM !!!! PLASE!!!!!
Patience, no way the first film was good enough to be the central focus of a pin, but Venom 2 will feature Carnage played by Woody Harrelson, now who wouldn’t love a little Woody hamming up the crazy to 10 in a pin
I always thought a Zombieland pin would be a laugh purely because he’s hilarious throughout the film.
I think a Transformers rerelease could do well for Stern. A lot of new buyers, and new to the hobby who havent been exposed to the game, it's far enough removed that any bad reputation as far as play wont necessarily insta turn off folks.
The comic art for Star Wars is legit amazing, a big home run. For better or worse, a lot of folks already have a Star Wars, so the comic one hasn't made huge waves. But if they can knock the art out of the park again on Transformers, with some cool G1 80s vibes that check the retro box, it could be an intriguing release!
If they can improve gameplay with code or even some playfield tweaks, could have some potential!

Anyone that's interested in He Man should watch the He Man episode of "The Toys that Made Us" on Netflix. Crazy stories.
Quoted from chad:Sean Connery was good in Bond, But my favorite was Roger Moore.
yes!

But please not this version of Crüe:

That video was from like 5 years ago. It's much worse now.
I'm sure it would be "classic" Crue with the band having the crap airbrushed out of it. Far from the current Vince Neil reality...

It think that was Joe K that cracked that license and back around that same time 007 was rumored to be a future Kapow title as well. I think there may have been a hint in one of the many podcasts. Who knows at this point, that was a while ago.
Quoted from chad:What would be best, Bonds drink, car, or favorite weapon as a topper?
It will likely be a lit up version of the gun barrel intro

If it’s got a silencer then technically it shouldn’t make a gun shot sound, more a high powered hiss, just saying

I’ve shot firearms with silencers quit a bit, still make some sound more than a hiss.Just sayin! Firearms are my second hobby.
