That's too bad. A BTTF themed modern pin would kick ass in my opinion. BTTF is such an iconic movie which everyone knows something about, anyone has seen it. So, for us nerds it would be a great pin for home use and for the more normal people it would do great on location as it is recognisable.

Gary talks and sometimes he fibs. I remember when WWE was released and it was on the line. Gary was asked in an interview what his favorite game was and he answered WWE. No way that was true.
When TWD was revealed, Gary was asked about the missing premium model. He said there would not be one and if you want full features, buy a LE. A year later TWD premium was announced. Had it been planned from the beginning?
So Gary can change his mind and there is no harm asking for a BTTF.

If you ever ask Gary whatever his favorite game is, it’s whatever is currently on the line. I’ve spoken to him numerous times over the last 20 years. The answer is always the same no matter how you try to phrase the question...

Have the continental as a physical toy to lock balls, mid playfield drops and magnets would be all the goons and assassins you have to fight and kill, you could collect weapons like in TWD, better weapons give you bigger points or double down shots required to complete modes.
Add some great art and lightshows and it would be an instant buy.

That neatly works out to… next week. I am officially predicting a teaser video on Wednesday 11 December followed by a full reveal on Friday the 13th of December… 2 weeks before Christmas. It is theoretically possible to get LEs to owners by Christmas.

I am going to official predict a IGN article on the 6th of May followed by a full stream on Friday the 8th of May.

All of which in 2020 will celebrate big anniversaries.Goonies & BTTF 35th, Jaws 45th. Also despite that Gary claims no to BTTF I think it’s gonna happen by someone maybe not Stern but it’s coming. They re-did virtually all Data East games with the exception of TMNT & BTTF. Robocop & Tales from the Crypt I don’t see it happening. Guns N Rose’s celebrates a 35th anniversary in 2020 but that’s going to JJP.

I’m pretty sure the TMNT rumours came from the same source that first mentioned Stranger Things as well as distributors having them to ship yesterday and those both turned out to be true.

I watched all Stranger Things, liked 1st Season only. From what I’ve seen so far of the pin...gameplay looks fine for Pro but Stern could have done better for sure with artwork. I’m not a buyer but feel sorry for those who will be disappointed and were looking forward to having a great all round package, true to the series.

Ataris sucked even back in the day. I hated all Atari's pins as a kid. They were too wide and just not fun. They had good licenses with Superman and Roadrunner (cartoon), but just awful designs. I only played Superman, Airborne Avenger, and Hercules. None of them I remember as being fun, and you rarely see them at pinball shows.
I wouldn't be against a Superman pin, but I wouldn't be super-excited about one using clips of any of the movies. Rather it be animated or something to be less dated.
Eh..yea...those remake movies weren't good, is it even relevant now? I feel like they missed the timing of it by quite a bit...
Based on the rumors of upcoming games, sounds like I can concentrate on finding some older games for awhile.
Do they have the license to do Top Gun? If they can time it with the movie release, it should please us older folks & newbies experiencing it for the first time.
Actually, they should do that will Bill & Ted’s too!
