The fan base is incredibly huge.
Do a little research....
They have many songs that could be used
And the wide range of characters and artwork that they have used Over 40 years is like no other band. They use most of these in videos while on tour.
Yes , I’m a musician and a huge rush fan but, I can guarantee if they release a Rush pinball machine and it is done well , it will easily sell more then any other music pin.
Their fan base runs many generations and a lot of them are 40 and older with cash to drop.
They must have been big everywhere except over here .
Maybe Stern wanted Rush music for the Stranger Things pin. Wouldn't that be sweet?

A Rush pin would be awesome. Maybe a lower playfield flips upside down to reveal Neil's drum kit and it sounds like a drum solo when you're playing it.

I personally think that it makes perfect sense.
Holiday weeks are great. People have down time to think, drink, and buy!
So, will Stranger Things be focused on all 3 seasons or just be season 1 I wonder?
Presume they will get the music as would be a big miss without.

Not really sure you can lump rick and morty into the 80's rehash bucket. Yeah it was originally based off of a spoof of BTTF, but the current show is its own unique animal that strays very much from BTTF.
I don’t think Stranger things is next based on what I’ve heard. It may be the first game of 2020 though!

Have you ever watched the show? There isn't time travel at all, which I believe was a major part of BTTF. Also, the space ship looks nothing like a Delorean. But yes, there was an animated short that parodied BTTF that ultimately served as inspiration for the creation of the show.
I got this email from the stern distributor in NZ yesterday so sounds like new games have been made already? Apparently games are going up US$100 each from 1 January next year.
