Back on topic,
I’ve learned that next time I’m using 8-32 for everything.
My first build(still in progress) has so many different screws/bolts it’s a nightmare.
All the mechs I designed I used metric bolts. (I personally think it’s time America goes metric)
All the off the shelf parts are imperial.
So there are all different lengths of m3, m4 , 6-32, 8-32 and 10-32.
8-32 is strong enough for everything and not much bigger than 6-32.
Damn I need wood screws too.
I guess #8 wood screws also. F!
