I have Roger's book at home, I'll check this evening and see if it's in there.

Page 18 in unigroove 's Pinball Magazine issue #1 covers the story in great detail.

Roger's book Pinball! covers the story on page 63. April 2, 1976 he testified before the New York City Council's Committee on Consumer Affairs. He doesn't mention the El Dorado but he does mention the Bank Shot .
