What transistor for Rottendog Bally driver board?

Its got some weird transistors in it that I've ever heard of, not come up in any Google searches.

I assume TIP102 like the original board had?

BPS022 is the board I presume your asking about?

20N10L according to their online schematic, TO-220.

So a TIP102 is way off target.

I do believe I have IRL540Ns laying around.

Also, can you PM me the schematic? That would be very helpful to have.

Non common parts used is part of the reason I do not care for Rottendog power supplies or MPU boards.

Because irl540 is such an uncommon thing in a pinball machine?

Not that specific transistor. Uncommon NVRAM in system 327 MPU, as an example, which have a higher failure rate lately. If someone shorts GI lamp socket to a switch, you will find how hard it is to locate the switch matrix IC to repair a MPU board.
