Just bought a FT ordered everything to shop it out this is my first time, wondering what tools are needed??
Then at minimum you will need screw drivers and some nut drivers (wrenches or socket set can make do). Some soft cloth to use with the novus, or buffing pads. Look at your pin and determine what pieces must come off in order to replace the rubbers and bulbs, that's the best way to move forward I think.
Are you trying to fix any problems?
Invest in some magnetic nut drivers and screwdrivers. One of those magnetic bowls to hold little screws would be nice. Get a multimeter if you don't already have it. Soldering station (and a fan), shop light, 5/8 and 9/16 sockets for leg/head bolts. Should get you started. Pinball dolly or harbor freight lift table comes in handy too. Have fun!
There is a good list of tools and parts to have on hand listed on the following page...

You can take apart about 99% of things with just this guy:

I recommend buying about 10.
If you're nervous about not remembering where stuff will go (or maybe even if you're not), I'd use a digital camera to take pictures of stuff before you take it apart. I also like to save all the little plastic bags I get from buying parts. I put all the screws, nuts, posts, etc. that go with a plastic, ramp, part and put them in a bag with the part, so at least I've narrowed down the location where things can possibly go.
This little guy has come in handy for me many times ...

Yes! I simply must have one of those available at all times. Those things are so handy.
