I need this for the 100,000 relay for my Bally Night Rider. It seems to be unobtainable.

Hardware stores or Amazon sell fairly cheap assorted spring kits. One of the springs is usually close enough to work in most applications. Might have to cut a few loops off. Ive used them several times; cheaper than shipping cost from PBR every time and nice to have on hand with no ordering and waiting.
Here's what I use. What doesn't match out of the box can usually be trimmed and re-looped.
