If it were me, I would sell SS first however, I may never sell my STTNG as its my favorite pin so, a little biased here. Also, biased because I want you to sell your SS to me.

IDK, depends on if you're close to me or not!

it would also help if we knew what else you owned!

sell Scared Stiff for sure.

Where and How much for STTNG ? Load up some Pict's , Rascal you Don't need it !!

#7 12 years ago

Keep the STTNG!

ss is worth a lot more and is harder to find

I'd sell the SS. To me, STTNG is a much better pin. In fact, I probably play it more than any other game in my collection. I don't know the SS market very well, but a really nice STTNG would go for around 3K where I live.

I think only you can answer that, sell the one you play the least

How do you play STTNG? It has the most ridiculous out lanes in any game I've ever played.

Get the lane extenders. Problem solved.

When the ball is at the top of the sling you can nudge it upwards, this helps avoid alot of drains. Also learning what shots NOT to shoot, and also being able to hit your shots ALL the time....but yes the outlanes still suck...

If you play a lot I can see SS getting tired over time... especially in a smaller collection. I do love it though and it can be harder to find. Seems like you'd have a lot of offers here, including mine

Good luck.

It's all about what you like the best. Me I like SS
and I don't STTNG

#17 12 years ago

I'd keep the STTNG personally, but it's kind of a wash. SS is more fun, I feel, but it's also really easy to master, so I can see it not holding your attention for as long in the long term. I'd like to get a STTNG some day, but they're never for sale around here.

Sell the scared stiff. STTNG is just a great all around machine. If you played in the Ohio Show tournament you would have burned yours.

Sell SS, its too easy to finish, STTNG has a much better range of shots!

ST:TNG > SS

SS is fun, but about half the game ST:TNG is.

#21 12 years ago

Have both. Depends on the mood which one I prefer, but I'd probably sell SS before STNG

Thanks for all the responses - it will be a tough call....

Not enough info about your collection.

SS is tougher to find, worth more, but shallower.
STTNG is a harder game, still tough to find, but not worth as much.

In a small collection keep STTNG. In a big collection keep SS.
