I owned an X-files too and it gets old fast. Theme is great, but there are so many other games way better for the money.
WCS94 is a great recommendation. Great design, smooth ramps. Easy enough for beginners, but enough rules to give it some staying power in a collection. Mine stuck around for 10 years.
