I don't know. If I was paying for playfield, and got the defects listed above.... I'd expect a refund or a better example sent out to me.

That's fine and dandy, but are you picking up the return shipping? Are you fixing the issues and sending it back to the customer?
If not, you're sticking the customer with a mess that they have to decide is worth flushing a not insignificant amount of money down the toilet for. Something you should be doing quality assurance on before it ships.
Those clear coat defects pictured above should be an embarrassment to you.
