How about AFM? Seems to fit what you are describing. Easy to learn rules but hard to master gameplay, superb jackpot callouts, wonderful light show, ability to stack Martian Multiball with other multiballs, and lots of combo shots including the 5-way combo you need to complete as one of the objectives in order to reach the wizard mode.
