Going through ads I often find the phrases below and their true meaning.

ready for restoration: It's a complete pile of junk which I have no idea on how to ever get it working again.
rare: It's totally overpriced for no particular reason.
needs minor work: I have no idea how to fix it
one of a kind: has a few mods

Any other ones I missed?

Needs TLC: hasn't seen any maintenance since the Reagan administration was in power.

reduced = I wasn't able to find a sucker to pay the original asking price

forced to sell due to unexpected illness = First I thought the game was pretty cool but got ill of it quickly

reduced for a limited time = if it doesn't sell within that time I'll lower the price some more
