    Lone Ranger
    Walking Tall
    Billy Jack
    Walker Texas Ranger

    #152 11 years ago
    Quoted from dgpinball:

Probably get pilloried for this, but I think a Big Bang Theory pin would be hilarious, and since almost all my favorite modern games are humor based it would be my choice.

would you still get it if done by stern?

    #153 11 years ago

    Nice Plowpusher!
As a Hapkidoist I would kill for a Billy Jack pin. See what I did there ; )

    #154 11 years ago

Market is due for something humorous, licensed or not. Music, movie, and superheros way overdone IMHO.

    #155 11 years ago

Big Bang if Penny wears the cat outfit she wore at her Halloween party as the backglass.

    #156 11 years ago

    Muppet Babies =/

    #157 11 years ago

    JJP should do WOZ next.

    Stern can do Star Wars.

    #158 11 years ago

A city theme. Vegas, NYC, Chicago. The buildings could be the backgrounds.

    Quoted from vex:

That's a good question, it would be about the only title I would consider from Stern new except if they did an Aliens, that I would almost have to buy

I don't know why but my imagination reading that makes it seem like a terrorist theme. Seeing balls launched at buildings gives me a Medieval Madness castle destruction kinda feeling. Don't think that one would go over too well. :p

    40th anniversary Rush

    Anchorman.

    Callouts would be awesome.

    #163 11 years ago

    Funhouse with a twist...

Fun carnival theme up till its closes at midnight, then scary Haunted House / Zombie theme after midnight.

It would be way cool to have different drop targets pop up for different/switched themes. i.e. Cactus Canyon

    #164 11 years ago

Something patriotic. Red, White, and Blue. With U.S. flags, fireworks and a kickin' base woofer.
Add a lane or mode for MIA and veterans, and each of the armed services. You could even have one for politicians, no balls, just flipper action that makes noise but does very little and adds little value.
Also have it drain to the IRS....

    #165 11 years ago

There is room for JJP to do an unbelievable Haunted House. The LCD offers amazing opportunities!

    #166 11 years ago

Alfred Hitchcock theme would be sweet....

    #167 11 years ago

Night Gallery which would be TZ version upgraded.

    #168 11 years ago

    These come to mind

    Star Wars
    Ghostbusters
    Superman
    Haunted House

All of them should make good widebodies

No shooting the ball at buildings. Just a background, take a tour of a city, visit landmarks. Did not mention anything about MM or shooting at buildings. No terrorist here.

    - World-wide product recognition
    - Over 100 years of artwork, slogans, jingles to draw from
    - Highly collectable
    - Good game room décor
    - Family friendly
    - Easy licensing
    - Pinballs popping out the top of an old green bottle for multiball (like Congo's volcano)

All true ! Add the threat that Pepsi is contacted as well and you might convince them!

    World-wide product recognition

I always wondered if a completely sponsored pin could ever work (rollergames was coincidence), like the spurlock movie:
    the_greatest_movie_ever_sold-960x638.jpgthe_greatest_movie_ever_sold-960x638.jpg

I'm talking about a completely paid for pin (or heavily reduced) by allowing it to be littered with advertising (has to spend so many hours in a public location).

With that said, JJP is rumored to be making the 3rd pin a non-licensed original title (still have to wait for hobbit to be released)

    #173 10 years ago

    Beavis and Butthead

    #174 10 years ago

    The Hangover!

    #175 10 years ago

maybe a tribute to Thomas Edison

    #176 10 years ago

a tribute to Thomas Edison would be an excellent idea.
Good one, davewth. Very original !!

    Or nicola tesla!

    #178 10 years ago

Peanuts gang, but I'm sure the license is a small fortune

    #179 10 years ago

Jack Daniels pin with rock n roll concerts like the new commercial. I will try to post later. Jack has been around many years and seen many shows.

    #180 10 years ago

A generic 'rockband' type machine that comes with various songs out of the box, but let's you purchase additional tracks specific to your liking as made available. Could be really cool if they decompose the various parts of a song into bass, guitar, drums, keyboard, vocals. You have to play modes to be able to bring the bad together to hear the complete song as part of a mini wiz mode....

    #181 10 years ago

    Sesame street

    #182 10 years ago

    Mousetrap (the board game)
    Zombies
    Jaws
    Road Runner/Wile E Coyote
    Kiss (w/ original 4)
    Haunted Mansion

    #183 10 years ago

I heard rumors about Elvira 3
Does anyone now if its gonna happen?

    #184 10 years ago

    Futurama
    Beavis and Butthead
    American Dad
    South Park (updated and uncensored)
Archer (only if they could license the song "Danger Zone")

i was just at the edison-ford winter estates last week, so that's the only reason i thought of it. I am not 100% that was an original idea either. I hope i didn't let a cat out of a bag, so-to-speak...

    #186 10 years ago

Human Centipede (or the South Park version of the Human Cent-iPad)
    A Bosnian movie
    Killer Clowns from Outer Space

Doubt it registers with many but a Rube Goldberg theme (with the according toys) IMO would be a natural.

    #188 10 years ago

If anyone has played "Injustice" on any game/tablet/smartphone - that would be my vote. The story line is freakin sweet and the monitor incorporated into battles would be solid. I know some will say no more super hero titles but Jack could do this huge.

    #189 10 years ago

Tesla +1 What you could do with lightening for an original theme.

    #190 10 years ago

JJP - Blade Runner or Pink Floyd

Stern - SkyFall/Bond or Walking Dead

I re-hashed this older thread because I didn't know if my idea had been covered or not. For the last week I can't get this idea out of my head. A "Steam Punk" pinball would be cool. Some people posted "Tesla" "Edison" and "Mousetrap (the board game)" Why not combine those ideas into a Steam Punk original themed pinball. I can see the cool innovative toys and ramps and pure awesome design. Anyone else feeling the idea of a "Steam Punk" styled pinball would be cool? If you don't know what steam punk is then google pictures of it and you will know what I am talking about right away.

    Walking Dead please

    +++++111111!

    #193 10 years ago

Zombie, Steam Punk, or Iron Maiden. Any of those would work.

    #194 10 years ago

    MM knockoff or something similar.

    Quoted from o-din:

If they made a "Thunderbirds" pin, I would be first in line. Just think of all the cool toys.

    Ah, there it is.

    #196 10 years ago

    Pee Wee's Big Adventure.

    #197 10 years ago

Jaws, imagine it with a ship like pirates of the Caribbean that every time the shark hits it the boat rocks back and forward , the when you shink it you could start eating the people by hitting drop targets and ramp shots , SWEEET !!!!!

    #198 10 years ago

If I could suggest some old school themed movie ideas, my choices are:

    Blade Runner
Conan the Barbarian (The original, of course)
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (we need a Spaghetti Western)
Das Boot (multi level playfield seems appropriate here!)
The Blues Brothers (Yes, you know your SNL fans want one!)

    #199 10 years ago

i would love any of these themes ......

    ALIENS
    BLADE RUNNER
NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS (anything tim burton would be cool)
    TIKI ROOM (tiki inspired pin)
    original themed SPACE game
    THUNDERCATS
FRAGGLE ROCK (yes, i said it!)
BLACK HOLE (based on the 80's disney movie)
CLASH OF THE TITANS (new or old themed)
    PRISCILLA.... QUEEN OF THE DESERT

    #200 10 years ago
    Quoted from ENDOFLINE:

How about Blackout? Wait, already done. Another spaced theme idea is 2001 A Space Odyssey.
