Quoted from jhanley:

When I lived there in the 70's you could see concerts at the Aladdin Theatre for the Performing arts for no more than 15 or 20 bucks

$20 in 1946 is the equivalent to $249 today according to this inflation calculator: http://www.in2013dollars.com/1946-dollars-in-2017?amount=20

...just saying...

Quoted from jhanley:

I was comparing from 1977 to now not 1946.

Haha my mistake, read too fast. The equivalent to 1977 is $80.

Not saying Vegas is not expensive because it definitely is.
