I found a very small little file with yellow rubber covering the handle. I found it in a EM. It looked like it was make to clean contacts on pins back in the day. I use it all the time now. Good fine. Nothing exciting or illegal. Quarters, nuts, etc. I work on appliances and you wouldn't believe some of the crap ive found in washers and dryers. People not cleaning out there pockets, and the sock monsters stash. He exists.

    I found a needle

Like a syringe or a sowing needle?

You reap what you sow, you sew what you rip.

I can just see the wife trying to find a clever hiding spot and throwing it in a pinball machine... []

I bet the wife had nothing to do with it !

    Underwear.

I also once found a cash box in one.

Eh, really just a lot of "first time ever touching a penis" and "he wants me to wear high heels" crap.

And you didn't want to re-live those moments, vid?

I found some fine, white powder in the DMD trough of my STTNG. Bought it from a guy who bought it from an estate sale from a deceased musician. Drug overdose, believe it or not.

Okay, not from a pinball, but from an Atari Centipede Board, and someone has probably found this under a ROM in a pinball before. A long vacant spider nest.

Not just one, but one under each of four ROMs, and a custom chip!

Friend of mine told me about when he was helping refurbish an old bar, used to be a speak-easy. In the basement were a bunch of old slots filled with indian head nickels. Pretty cool. Lots of neat finds there, turned out the old chandeliers were all made by Tiffany's. Wish I'd been in on that one!

    I've found:

Bag of weed (small, don't get excited)

Same here! And actually....twice. I live in Oregon, land of the hippies, which is cool and all. Ran into 4 people in my craigslist adventures "legally" growing a buttload of weed in their garage lol. All very happy to talk about it too

A few shower curtain holder rings, and some clothes pins is the best odd thing.

I found an unidentifiable plastic piece in one of our games, not sure what it belonged to, looked like it was for a key ring.

I found a cd and out of curiosity I threw it into an old laptop to see what it had on it. Personal porn pics of the guys wife I bought it from!

    Oh that's where those went.....

I have found a litter of crispy kittens, a paintball gun barrel kit, a chocolate milk dated 1992, and plenty of goodie bags

    Quoted from Xanathar:

Found a dead mouse in one

Had a live mouse in mine, sitting right between the playfield and folded down backbox. Lifted up the backbox and it hopped out and ran under the bed.
That was my first and only purchase so far. Nice little "Welcome to pinball" haha. Can't wait to see what the future holds

I found a dead midget in a Star Wars pin of all places

I never found anything good or interesting. Outside of dirt, its usually just a few parts that either came loose or were never put back after a shop job.

The Getaway I picked up yesterday has a used, working DMD in it. I think it's the original for this machine. The screen that's in it now is a red DMD. Looks kinda awesome in this machine. It also has a full, unused rubber kit for Dirty Harry minus the flipper rubber.

Both the Rollergames and the Time Machine projects I picked up day before yesterday had full manuals with schematics, coin boxes, head bolts, working retention latches, and pricing/rules cards.

The pricing slips for Rollergames are still attached to a breakout paper sheet..they were never punched out! Also have the original warranty/registration card, which was never sent in.

Space Shuttle came with three extra display glasses. One of the ones in the machine gassed out and I used the extra Cherry brand display glass to replace it. Works great.

Pinbot had a free ball behind the spiral ramp, UNDER a plastic.

Screwdriver and a pair of pliers...were probably mine and I forgot.

I found a sheet of 'Sharpshooter' drop target decals inside a 'Cyclopes'. Just last week I found a nice ToM manual inside my BoP! (it also had a nice BoP manual still in the bag, with all the cards and whatnot and an operators guide for The Shadow)
