I kmw it's 8 ohm, however how do you measure the physical size. Do you measure across the studs?

I have this one in one of my machines right now and would not buy another one.

It's a great speaker and is more than enough for home use, but at a show it's not loud enough to be heard. It's much less efficient than the ones you ordered. I'll order the Pyle next time.
Efficiency is everything when it comes to pinball speakers, because the amps are tiny that drive them.
You want to buy a "full range" speaker (if you buy a "woofer" it will probably won't have enough highs for your liking, and sound muddy).
Sometimes the given specs are way off, but if you look in the comments for a product, someone will have actually measured the speaker for real.
For instance, this might look like a great choice:
http://www.parts-express.com/grs-6as-4-6-1-2-dual-cone-replacement-car-speaker-4-ohm--292-456
But when someone actually measured the speaker, it only produced 85db with 1 watt of power - a not very efficient speaker...
Measured Specs:
Re: 3.664 ohms Fs: 82.77 Hz Qts: 1.35 Qes: 1.833 Qms: 5.121 Le: 0.385 mH Mms: 9.854 g Vas: .2431 cuft SPL: 85.18 dB 1w/1M -
These Kenwoods claim to produce 93db at 1 watt, so MUCH louder (but you might want to wait until someone independently tests them, manufacturers have been known to outright lie....) :

Can anyone tell me which of the wires is positive and negative? I have a green/ white and a green/yellow. I didn't see it in the schematics.

I live near parts express and picked a couple of these up this afternoon and installed them in a Meteor and Nine Ball. So far, I'm happy with them after a couple games on each, I need to give them more demo time. Extremely easy install, nothing to modify.

Green-yellow is positive. Green-White is negative.
The speakers in this thread work well for classic Stern games:
